  • Excerpt from independent hearings convened by the Schiller Institute in late August 1995. The hearings heard testimony on the subject of misconduct at the U.S. Department of Justice, in four areas: the Frühmenschen prosecutions of black elected officials; the Demjanjuk case; the LaRouche case; and the case of Kurt Waldheim. The hearings were chaired by prominent Alabama attorney J.L. Chestnut, and former U.S. Congressman from South Carolina James Mann.
