Hello I am installing a headlight which came off and ATC 90 and the bike is a ATC70 I am having problems with the wiring, I have two leftover black wires. Where do they hook up to? If you can help me that would be appreciated The headlight works, but only I think on low. Thank you
What carb did you use? And do you have a link? I’m having trouble with mine stalling out and a hard time starting after it’s been running. It also sneezes when I kick it on sometimes, not sure what that could be.
The bolts are all available from Honda. That is what I did on my build and yes they are different from after market. Also stainless steel can cause galvanic corrosion if screwed in regular steel.
The CT70 platform is fun, relatively easy to work on and is really easy to source parts. CHP Motorsports has almost every part (many OEM) in stock for a build/restoration.
Do you have an email I could shoot you questions about a rebuild, I just purchased a frame shocks swing arm but I'm sure I'll have questions I'd like to pick your brain if I come across issues :)
I'm not sure, his page disappeared about 4 months ago, I got different comments about it at my post here: ruclips.net/channel/UCSgva--BQ-DQsCnOEO3nRVQcommunity?lb=UgyK1Hp9AbWi-yW2hmR4AaABCQ
I honestly can't remember, I never do a good job with the costs, but I'm pretty sure I was near or over $3k on this build, only because I was going for near-perfection on everything.
Excellent job love all your videos and I am a subscriber and also a proud owner of a October 1969 CT70 candy gold getting ready to put in my 125cc Lifan engine high performance Big Bore with a 4-speed automatic I'll keep in touch take care
I'll total it up in the final episode but it definitely will have cost more than it's worth - it was a lot of fun to do though and I enjoyed making the videos. I appreciate you and everyone else watching!
I haven't subscribed... YET... but let me tell you, I admire your work... keep on 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻

Nice work, I am a fan. I am debating on a Monkey bike or a early 70’s CB350 four as a project.

I know it is different from state to state. I live in Georgia. How hard is it to make a bike like this street legal?
Pretty easy: ruclips.net/video/zVyoc1taDu4/видео.html
These are already street legal and tagged per the VIN. I live in GA and have a few of these registered.
So these are six volts. Do u convert them to 12V ?
Yes, I converted this bike to 12v with the Lifan engine and associated electronics (CDI, rectifier, etc.)
@@eastcoastish Seems like it is Manditory these days
On one build u say it was like 2400$ is that this bike??

this must have been an expensive build

It is very unclear how he got the throttle working correctly.
I thought it was pretty detailed on the throttle assembly but if you have any specific questions, let me know, happy to help you out.
