wouldnt recommend rmting a set. I rolled a set of ass strangler with about 100 modules. Found a server where I had like 3 pieces of assassins armor drop for me. always heard that drops are server based. So I rolled my pieces of armor. got a decent set on my alt character. main has a perfect set of ass ap sent with two cryo res tho.

Didnt once call names or curse in video. I have a main pvp character that when against other pvp players. we just cant kill each other. kinda boring thats why i do more low lvl pvp. that and people think that since im low lvl they have the upper hand on me in pvp. but they wouldn't dare hit back my lvl 600 or 10,000 that I have for sweaty pvp. People use 3rd party programs like rubine. wouldnt call ba.2 files cheating but definitely cheezy to use in pvp. seems like since everyone is tanky and cant kill each other. there are more than a few playing with those mods in pvp.

Certain things have been patched out like slap damage or base destroying but they have left pvp enabled and promote the workshops areas for that very thing. when you take a workshop there is a message that pops up that says people can contest the workshop to try and claim it from you. If fallout isnt a pvp game then why have pvp aspects like assasins armor or the ability to fight each other. Cant understand why people try and control how others play a video game specially when its within game mechanics and TOS. If you dont like the way I play 76 then go play a different game. Not sure what else to tell you.

Yes and no. Im just min/maxing at low lvl against people. Workshops have a message that pops up and says its a pvp area. People dont read and go about their merry way. People who are tanky and versed in pvp comes to a point of aid spamming. So who ever has the most aid will win. Most of the time you end up going white to each other and pvp more or less times out. So it definitely needs working on.
