Let's face it guys, the ANC had 30 years to run this country, now they have run it into the ground! We need a new government, a totally new party, we need leaders to work in the interest of the people, the country and who will vow not to line their pockets as the ANC has done! Please, we South Africa are tired, yes tired of being kicked in the teeth by unscrupulous politicians, we need leaders with integrity and honesty!

Great interview Mr. Mpofu👍🏽 My question is where is Ramaphosa because in Davos we were told he cancelled that journey because of stage 6 loadsheding?? In that meeting with party leaders he was not there but it was only his representatives?? Again in Davos 50% of world leaders did not show up, it was said they cancelled that journey same like Matamela?? This is strange and something fishy is going on. Really something is not right I sense that there will be Breaking news in SA very soon. All of a sudden many Prime Ministers are resigning overseas. Mr Mpofu can you make a research on that because it seems as if South Africa is now without a president, at the same time Steenhusan is acting like a president in this country, I think they know something because he was not in the party leaders meeting which was called by Ramaphosa of which he wasn't there. When the journalist asked him why he didn't attend that meeting he said it's because of the loadsheding he was lying this man. DA know something which the country doesn't know I'm telling you. In Watchdog when he was interviewing by Vuyo he pretended as it was a loadsheding because he just disappeared on the screen and you can see very clear that it's technology because they are the ones who controls it. If you can research the interview in Watchdog that was not the loadsheding but they removed him purposely because Vuyo was asking him tough questions. This country is in a mess only GOD will redeem this South Africa from these people. Prof. Tabane is telling the truth and nothing but the truth. There are whites who doesn't have papers in this country how come. The judgement of this country is so great!!!!

We are a country for sale because it seems we have abandoned every human principle for money!! It is a shame...

the difference between 2019 and 2024 is that the basic service infrastructure is now broken and were (rich and poor) all feeling the effects daily of our broken system... i think and hope that even the poor can see writing on the wall and vote for change .... were still up shit creek even if the DA wins and puts systems and processes into place to start fixing the state ... i think the corrupt forces will not let go of the state capture without a fight and some sort of factional war is on the cards

I'm exactly having the same scarry problem like you Dr Mpofu albeit for different scenarios, the fact is all black people voted for the ANC in 1994, I'm saying all deliberately knowing very well that there were few who voted for their different small parties which weren't even formed half of those who voted for the ANC, i personally was an activist then, but now I'm shuttered with disappointment by the way that previously lovable party is crowded by merciless corrupt scavengers, who has forgotten completely about the masses who voted them into power.

Prof JJ Tabane is a great storyteller and has an excellent way of using his communication skills. Especially how he analyses political communication. 🤌🏿
This conversation is both enlightening and informative. From how the governing party avoids accountability to how far they are willing to protect their political interests over ethically governing.
My hope is for more young people to watch such conversations which can help shape their thinking towards the countries current affairs.
