@@julianaskoe3260 not even close actually. Also I no hit it by rolling into his right side on the first blade swing, and the second one goes over your hea. Works every time
Beautiful. It really seems like light roll is the way to go, for the shorter recovery times. I need to try that if I get summoned as a goldie for this guy.
Bravo. I was able to no hit every attack somewhat consistently except for that infamous 1-2-X. Do you have any experience on no hitting it with med roll? I accidentally dodged it like 4 or 5 times out of 100.
I think I found a consistent ish way. you need to see it coming and dodge right so his 2nd swing takes that much longer for you to able to dodge again. a little difficult but yeah
I saw you dodged the 1-2-X attack in phase 2 (he didn’t do in phase 1) by rolling left and essentially standing under the left sword as it swings - is that a 100% consistent dodge in your experience? I was still occasionally getting clipped depending on starting positioning or terrain. Keen to get your thoughts. Goated run and thanks for learning the patterns on the Miquella phantom bs
Might be a light roll thing? I'm on mid roll and only way I can have the second swing miss is if I was already part strafed under him when he starts it.
That dodge is really consistent for me I would say that successfully dodging it requires you to do 2 things: 1. Be constantly anticipating it 2. Positioning yourself appropriately Can’t provide any insight on the first point, you just really have to be paying attention to it For positioning, you need to be constantly strafing so that you’re next to his legs (I’m almost always next to one between his combos). When he swings, you want to dodge in the direction that you’re strafing. This almost guarantees that your first dodge will put you either under his sword or behind him Hope this helps!
I think its very hard to dodge the meteors with medium roll, and basically impossible to dodge the fast left right cross combo he does with medium roll
@@billythenarwhal1579 hard to explain with word but this is one example. Ik ur not asking for my opinion but I kinda felt like the ground aoes after every single attack in phase 2 was kinda annoying to deal with and it limits no hit strategy so much to the point that this guy literally never stopped moving left
I don’t understand the hate around it, I think it’s almost perfect. I love the difficulty. None of the bosses in the base game require me to be as focused as the DLC bosses, and Radahn dials that up to 11 The constant aoe attacks were a little tricky to handle at first, but after many hours I figured out how to dodge them so they became a non-issue My 2 gripes are that the big explosion attack melts my PC and that the 1-2-X attack is very unforgiving. It's inconsistent with medium roll but on light roll, you wanna strafe left and then dodge forward left, if you time it right, the 2nd hit should miss and you can roll the x slash. Just to be safe, always be strafing radahn to the left side, there's no reason not to
