Gafford was destined to fit in the Dallas system with Luka and Kyrie. Since he arrived, Dallas has gone berserk. Hopes this translates into the playoffs.
Facts. I believed their only L is when Gafford don't start or Luka didn't play so far.
Yes. An athletic big that defends, Gafford's (slight) edge in experience fits a rotation of him and Lively. It will translate to playoff wins *if* PJ Washington and Hardaway Jr can keep hitting shots and defend at a decent level - They and a healthy Irving can be decisive.
(I have been saying how well the Mavs trade acquisitions have worked out, and how well the team goes together since Gafford and P J got to Dallas). Denver is also on a good playoff footing rn, so good luck to y'all. It should be fun to watch.

I haven't been this excited about a Mavs team since 2011.
Rightfully so. I have been impressed with how well the Mavs trade acquisitions have worked out. Gafford adds another dimension on defense, PJ Washington can fit the offense. Now if Kyrie Irving can stay at this level and healthy, the Mavs can have a playoff run that will be fun to watch. Look at Denver tho, they are also ready for a deep playoff run, so good luck to y'all.

Mavs are playing THJ more minutes because they want him to wake up for play offs. So he eats up Hardys minutes. It think Hardy will walk becaus he deserves more and he is solid shooter and iso player.
