    Nice content to understand and revise as well.
    But I think pyramidal tracts aren't named so bcz they arise from pyramidal cells, in fact it's named so bcz they pass through the pyramidal part of medulla.

    I think there is correction in your video about pyramidal.. that why we called pyramidal... The reason is not that you told like bcoz they come from Cortex pyramidal cell.. the reason is that because they form a pyramid shape stucture in the medulla oblongata...

    Fibres are crossing twice so if this Fibre is affected or injured which side of the body will be affected......means lesion will be ipsilateral or contralateral.
