I sort of agree as an isolated case and for the visuals of it but put it down on paper and it's complete nonsense. A robot race with basically the same advanced tech they have in the present just decided to copy the dudes with swords on earth and ditch their weapons. These transformers can't or won't transform and apparently they didn't hide themselves from old humans either. The only thing surrounding them that I find cool on top of making sense is their tech being interpreted as magic but that's all. Grace and dexterity are completely different when talking about alien transforming hunks of metal, they have way more things in their sleeves but they're just not pulling them out for Hollywood's sake.

For people wondering how Cade stopped the sword I’ll explain in the comic’s the guardian knights otherwise known as the knights of Cybertron are the best trained and skilled warriors in the universe, so when Cade went to block with the sword the knight saw that and recognized the sword as a relic of Cybertron and thus was able to halt his attack
Because I'm an expert martial artist doesn't mean I can instantly negate whatever kinetic force I've transferred to my opponent the moment my hit had landed... It's pretty clear that Cade was the one who stopped the swing... how that's possible is still mind boggling except for "uh muh maguk"

He was being held hostage by one of the Knights. The Knight saw Cade about to wield the sword and was in shock, causing him to let go of Bee. Bee then ran over to Prime to try and save him.
I have no idea why but this scene means alot to me, the beauty when Cade is worthy of wielding the sword and blocking the hit. It just hit me in the theaters. This scene will forever be my top Transformers moment.
0:37 Bee is being held down by one of the knights. Poor Bee, to have used up all his strength and power to restore his friend back now lays powerless on the ground as he watches that same friend being flayed and pummeled. Little details like this give sentiment and a lot of enforcement to the plot of the scene.

I’ve never seen such a crappy movie with such high top of the line technology and quality of effects. With such a high enormous budget, all it took was a simple experienced writer that knows about Transformers in order to get the simple basics down so they could make the story good and entertaining to watch instead of this bullshit knights of the round table jumbo. For people wondering how Cade stopped the sword I’ll explain in the comic’s the guardian knights otherwise known as the knights of Cybertron are the best trained and skilled warriors in the universe, so when Cade went to block with the sword the knight saw that and recognized the sword as a relic of Cybertron and thus was able to halt his attack
Because I'm an expert martial artist doesn't mean I can instantly negate whatever kinetic force I've transferred to my opponent the moment my hit had landed...
It's pretty clear that Cade was the one who stopped the swing... how that's possible is still mind boggling except for "uh muh maguk"

Megatron felt like an actual evil warlord who's unbeatable unless he's fighting prime his only true match. The transformations were great and it honestly just doesn't get better. This scene is so ridiculous, it gave me goosebumps every time I rewatch it.
The sword cade used is excalibur king Arthur's magic sword that's how he was able to block the knight. If yo I watch a movie with historical legends make sure yo ideas and understand the history and legend before you say the movie sucked. And also they reason they stopped attacking optimus is because the saw that there were still humans who believed in him and the autobots and that they were willing to give them a second chance. Read between the lines ppl they aren't gonna lay everything in the open for you. Use your head in situations instead of complaining

I’ve never seen such a crappy movie with such high top of the line technology and quality of effects. With such a high enormous budget, all it took was a simple experienced writer that knows about Transformers in order to get the simple basics down so they could make the story good and entertaining to watch instead of this bullshit knights of the round table jumbo. I must say the visuals were great in this entire franchise but I just wish they did what they did for the first five minutes of the recent Bumblebee movie with honoring the original source via visuals and plot. I personally dont have a problem with cade blocking the giant sword. Its a movie bout giant robots. What I have a problem with is that they show that this sword lets cade esentially be on par with a transformer, and he never uses the sword again. Not a single time.
