You can't be all three styles at once so does this model just mean that a leader should weigh all three up and decide the best way to lead based on them? So if the leader was democratic, the situation requires autocratic (e.g. champions league final), and the team prefer laissez-faire, you'd most likely go for democratic for the best chances of success? Or would you go for laissez-faire to ensure satisfaction?
