I love how Kallamar's fighting style is befitting of his cowardly nature. Always trying to be as far away from you as possible, constantly spamming bullets everywhere, while hiding behind his infinitely respawning minions to do the dirty work for him.
Yeah Kallamar was a huge spike in difficulty, I though it would remain like that after him. Funny enough as a boss he's supposed to be the coward/weakling type lol. Although I can't remember, this isn't the first game that made a boss that lorewise is supposed to be a "chump"(weaker than average), the hardest fucking fight in the game.
Like I'm going for all achievements and this looks like hell. I got hit at least 5 times by this dude on my best try. My only option realistically is either to spend a lot of time trying to perfect my skills OR take the easy way out which is still pretty tough, that being to use the golden fleece and try to get a hammer, killing every enemy to increase my attack while avoiding getting hit and then try to fight him after destroying his statue. Then maybe carry divine blast which would me invulnerable for a few seconds and spam that as I attack him with preferably 1200%+ attack increase. It won't be one shot but the fight would definitely be a lot shorter, although seeing how fast he attacks I might have to use an axe instead. It worked pretty well with the first two bosses but this one has got me stumped, might have to actually try to fight him normally with some other fleece. Probably the one that doubles curse damage
@@galaxytwins2929 the curse that sends out homing projectiles is incredibly powerful, hope for that as it shreds bosses. That specifically helped me beat kalamar on my first try

I personally think that the Bishop's fighting styles are very fitting for each of them, Leshy attacks you blindly and eagerly but was overconfident in beating you and trying to trick you which fits for a chaotic fighting style, especially since he's the youngest. Heket fights somewhat agressively and in my opinion, the second hardest boss in cult of the lamb, she learns from some of leshy's mistakes and send in as much minions as she can while being on the offensive, she is determined to beat you and stop you before you could. Kallamar is a coward and fights defensively and uses zoning as a way to fight, most of his hardest attacks are bullet hells and just like Heket he summons minions to fight for him, he's desperate to beat you. Shamura, is a strange case cause I honestly expected them to be harder especially since they're the horseman of war, but the it does still somewhat fit them. Shamura is the only boss that will actively chase you down and try to hit you. They try to use tricks too, such as bombs and that web sling attack, so in a way it does symbolize war. But Shamura isn't like the others. Despite being damaged in the head, Shamura's still the wisest and doesn't fight as much because they probably knew that you (the lamb) would fight Narinder. But still Shamura fights because they're the last one left holding the gateway closed. They don't necessarily want you to win, but also don't necessarily wish to stop you. Narinder has an underwhelming boss fight because his powers were weakend and limited after being beaten and sealed away by the Bishops. He also doesn't have the red crown which severely weakend him even more. Ultimately, Narinder/The One Who Waits, is underwhelming and comparitively easy to beat because he is limited, weakened and had just broken free from his 1000 year prison. He wanted to be free but also had to fight you while you wore his crown resulting in him, but he's also arrogant, because if you just witnessed four of your siblings, who you struggled against die, how you still think that you can beat the one that killed them! Also he was probably toying with you until you beat his base form.
I agree, maybe the body itself could do more stuff while you fight the eyes, but on the very least they nailed the feeling of “finale” because the whole aesthetic of the fight is incredible.

@@thelordofterrordiablo3054 nice skills then
Game is short and kind of easy.
its what the devs said the game's lenght should be around or so
For me,11 hours...Short but good experience
Cult of the lamb is the combination of Adventure Pals, Paper Mario, and Binding of Isaac
Not me realizing that the one who waits and his two body guards are wolves. I feel kinda dumb
Oh I thought they were the cat shopkeeper's kits because she said they were taken away and made a deal with a god and how she couldn't say no to a god and she's happy that they are alive and devoteing somewhere idk
They're cats! I'm pretty sure it's a nod to black cats being perceived as satanic and bad luck.
@@only-brightpaws1634 yeah they're cats,in the save files i remember seeing that he's refered to as "deathcat"
The Heket boss theme hits different when you realize she's still managing to sing with her throat removed
Haurus has a different attack pattern for me wherein it sends the projectiles all around in an unavoidable circle.
For the final boss, if I were to choose the bad ending, would I be able to go back and get the good ending or would I have to start a new save?
You’re able to go back
the only bosses I died to were Leshy where I died once, and Heket where I died 3-4 times and the other bosses were relatively easy
I was even thinking that he might be the last enemy
ALREADY!? IT LITERALLY JUST CAME OUT
Early access people have had it since Tuesday.
@@CI369 I coulda swore they only had access to two worlds though
@@gagecolvin405 the streamer I watched (Ray Narvaez Jr.) played to the beginning of the 4th world, though that was where he decided to stop playing, not because he couldn't progress.
@@CI369 what? Really?
wow that boss one who waits is very powerful
Wait what if you murder the last boss?
You earned a trophy statue for him
@@Jackhunter19870 oh
@Slawsers dunno, i haven't sacrificed him yet.
@Slawsers I tried, did not get anything aside from the usual follower meat
@Slawsers he has special trait that make him can't reach old age
Kalammar really be harder than final boss ngl
wow! such a cute horror based game!
*I hope people don't lewd it!*
*ive got some bad news for you buddy*
@@Noivex420 *I guess we've both seen the deep darkend*
Cool, love the spoiler thumbnail on day one
"SPOILERS" he says in the title, knowing full well he presented everything in the thumbnail anyway.
At least it didn’t give away WHAT the final boss is.
My favorite is heket because all the frogs join in battle
the sound in this game make me feel a lot like minecraft dungeon
If the spider thing Boss isn't a Don't Starve reference i'm gonna starve to death
Oh I have some news for you...
Hello dude !!! you think i could use your gameplay of this vid for some music edits??

Я тоже это заметил,это во многих остах игры есть,и мне нравиться
28:14 This is Darcy from Amphibia
what if we choose "murder" to him? did something happen or is it the same?
He dies and you get a statue of him.
I wonder if there is any difference if you didn't make a single sacrefice. How would he react to that.
I think it's funny he just sayed YOU SACRIFICED 1 FOLLOWER and made it feel like happiest number in the world. I laughed .-.
@@don_kixotejoga it's hilarious. in my case it was funny because I only sacrificed the follower because he asked me to lmao.
@@juanp7691 It was my case aswell
I'd play it but my parents are very unforgiving when it comes to this subject of game
Works well!! DANKEEE

Cult of the lamb. Sounds fun
Kallamar = pain
I almost beat the final battle on my first try with like 3 hits left in the healthbar, i was using a dagger at the time.
My second attempt i used the Blunderbuss and swept the floor with them
“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”
Matthew 7:15
Cute
I started playing this game
there is a bug in the bottom of the screen during kallamar fight
thank you
i hate frog enemis bec idk when theyre atacks end and when it beginns or where the atack hitbox is and i think ur playing normal mode
I wish there was a sandbox to this
Basicslly just the postgame lol
The One Who Wait's second form is honestly pretty bad as a boss and especially as a final boss. You're just fighting his eyes that float around and shoot slow projectiles, I think a third phase would've made sense, where he's lost his eyes and is crazy fast. Shamura was my favourite boss cause it was fast paced and shamura was chasing you around, even if it was easy.
The first phase of one who waits is honestly pretty great so its weird that the second phase is bad.
Some sort of desperate berserker rage for a third phase would’ve been a great idea. I could imagine him almost blindly rampaging around the arena throwing bullets everywhere since you just took out his eyes. Would really make him seem like he panicking since he’s close to losing.
They buffed it,and now it is third hardest fight in game
The music is awesome tho.
Types out SPOILERS in title
Puts unmissable spoilers in the thumbnail anyway
