Since Schiphol Airport is messed up, I decided to fly to Brussels and take the train to the Netherlands from there. I'm stopping in Antwerp for a couple days. It's an excuse to visit Belgium at least for a little bit.
Is Schiphol still a mess? We are supposed to fly into Brussels next week and out of Amsterdam a few days later. Maybe we should just go in and out of Brussels?
@@LifeisaPhotoOp Maybe. It's just the news has been discouraging. They only let people come 4 hours early and that's not even enough time, because the lines are so long. The Netherlands is just a good train ride north.
I bought the ticket online the day before. Later the staff on train checked the ticket. There are machines at the entrance of the station. I would suggest to buy online for convenience since sometimes might have line on the vending machines.
