The idle of wight is such a beautiful place - the views from the top of the coaster are an entirely different way of looking at the nature surrounding it

Seeing this vid makes me so emotional as I frequently went on that rollercoaster as a child whenever visiting IOW - it has been dismantled for a new ride

Went on this ride about 10 years ago on a school trip in year 5, remember it being a lot scarier than it looks now!

I went Isle of Wight in August 2014 and rode this coaster. It was really fun

I was always too scared to go on this ride and last time I went to blackgang by the time I got there to do it, it was closed so I’m gonna go on next time!
This is the same rollercoaster as the one at gullivers kingdom at Matlock

I think they got rid of the rollercoaster recently it's a shame as it was one of my favourite rides.😢

A month ago I did this with a night ride and fireworks on the cliff it was soo cool

Don't bother with Blackgang, unless you like the new ride which holds you upside down 60 feet in the air, which nobody does
It was certainly an interesting addition
@@ThemeParkWorldwide It was a bonkers decision, made by accountants swayed by a lower maintenance cost rather than being motivated by what visitors want and enjoy.
How many 7 year olds wish to be swung upside down and hang on their restraints? very few, out of our group of 6, none wanted to go on it, although we had previously all been on cliffhanger multiple times.
The management should be ashamed of themselves, it's shameful to run a park that badly.
