@oldguy4057 Yes good match! And yes how can guys live around athletes and the gym and have a tire around their belt --ridiculous. I'll be 80 this year and I am 2 lbs heavier than my HS wrestling weight. I bet that could make weight in one day! LOL!
Congrats on your age and weight. I am 83, Never wrestled but took jiu jit su and aikido. I do exercises at home and have had the same weight for many years. If you haven't already, find Vietnamese girl wrestling. Good matches and a lot of fun to watch, especially the village matches.
I've seem women's wrestling from various Asian countries -- some of the things I remember most are the constant drums and the thin fabric on their singlets. Helps sell tickets I guess. I've noticed a trend like that here now too?
Most of the Florida refs I've seen wouldn't be allowed to ref high school matches in Jersey. They are not knowledgeable of the rules and are mostly fat, slow, lazy and biased.😢
