Here's a thing for you folks. What is the difference between a great voice and a voice that elevates singing to another dimension? Do you give up? Well folks, the answer is, wait for it,no really wait for it? The answer is layla Zoe. This lady not only elevates the art of singing, but each and every time raises her own very high bar ,even higher. Not only can Layla belt out a song, but can transform to a softer voice for some ballads. This particular track is another component of what Layla can do. It is not pure blues per say, but more a blues/rock song,with the emphasis on "rock". That is not ment to be a negative, but it shows us all the depth and power of Layla's voice. I have the pleasure of a number of Layla's cds. What i have found is that there are many more styles of singing that you may be surprised to hear. An example of this is a beautiful a capella on one of Layla's live albums. Anyway, enough of me banging on about that. Layla thank you for the music you create ❤.
Unfortunately Krissy is no longer in the band, he is very busy with his own projects and Hamburg Blues Band. And unfortunately Hamburg has been difficult to book ever since the Downtown Blues Club shut down. But there is a possibility of a concert in Hamburg next year or in 2027.
