      Koi dikkat nahi hai running continue rakho ek samay ke baad khatm ho jayega......baki ek balti me Pani garm krke dono pair duba ke rakho jitna garm sah sako ...uske baad sarso ka tel garm krke malish kre daily running ke baad..Mai yahi Fallow krta hu aur ab mujhe dard nhi hota h..😊
