Always appreciate that you make content for new/incoming players! I would also recommend 1. If you have a healthy amount of TCG stores, check as many of them as you can out because sometimes they have bulk rares (and c/uc) for the low that can be used in less popular but still viable decks 2. Ask the store where you plan to play if they allow proxies. If you already have 90% of your deck and need 2-4 super expensive cards people don’t usually mind if you use proxies (and most non official online tournaments/events allow proxies) …. Don’t go broke guys and have fun!
Yeah, heavy recommend on Belo Betty. With all the new low rarity support and very cheap Koala card she got, she is now insanely consistent while also being a good match into some of this formats strong contenders
I will say that one of my favorite pet decks is Kalgara not only because its fun but its also pretty cheap only kind of pricy card is 5 cost ace and thats like 6$, literally every other card is a rare or lower. feel like he doesn't get played/recognized because he's kind of a weird character for a leader, but overall a super fun yellow aggro deck.
Tony tony is actually really good with op09 it gets the Odyssey chpper that sets itself so you can go super agro with 5k hits turn after turn the only expensive card is the blocker chopper
I have an Rp uta deck with all film cards and four 9moms. Deck is under 50 bucks and compete super well into the meta. I always feel confident going against Shanks players
Honestly, now that I've run through some tweaks Blue/Purple Crocodile is a decently cheap build that people really don't know how to play around. The events (except Love Love Mellow) are all cheap and provide a strong defensive package. There's a lot of Baroque Works support and searchers so you can really build around that and keep yourself alive to drop big boss monsters and then swing in for devastating damage. I don't think it'll be topping major tourneys anytime soon, but a locals? Yeah you could do well for cheap.
Purple yellow crocodile is actually fairly cheap (no bon clays). The actual core of the deck is like $30 and anything else would be yellow and purple staples that you will probably use for other decks in the future
Truthfully, no Laboon in BB is fine, maybe even just running one to keep it below 100 is still fine. Is it a good card in the deck, yes, but, the more you practice it with the base BB kit, you can still beat Doffy, PLuffy, and BY Luffy, and Shanks. I highly suggest people should build it and upgrade if they can later on. BB on a budget is still a menace.
Your content has been AWESOME for someone like me who’s fresh into the game. Thank you. P.s I’d love to see a video of the best cards for each color in optcg :D
some attendum that would of course be too much to include in the video: Lim is very cheap currently, will apparently be pretty good in 09 but requires the 9c zoro As someone who started out on Nami and do recommend it to new players the deck is very difficult Not only is it counterintuitive to anyone who has not played mill-style decks before, it essentially requires you to understand every deck to be piloted as well as having a few subskills that are unique to it and do not transition over However i am certain every GOOD nami player is also really good at the game, and can perform on any deck given some familiarity with it
Foxy is mega cheap, only real expensive card is 9c Purple SEC Luffy (which you can sub out for 9c Kaido or 9c Linlin) and some new purple staples from ST18 (depends on ST availability)

you can also just change belo betty to r/y sabo
@@Voltic_Charge why? Its the same but worse

Have to recommend my girl Reiju. A super cheap fun deck. I don’t find it too hard to pilot, especially if you have a yugioh background it’s familiar!
same thing here and now you can even get the alternative arts for pretty cheap in comparison to other decks

Been digging more and more on g/p Doffy and it’s reasonably priced as well. It’s also getting purple buffs from OP10
Instead of laboon, you can try Kuzan. You dont get the draw but you do get the cost reduction on attack

Would 5c ace and egghead nami not work with Yamato?

YAMA = 🐐
on the Yamato deck could i add this green sec rare Yamato i pulled its a 5 cost and looks cool
I made a shanks deck, without silvers rayleigh it’s under 60$ unless I’m missing stuff
what's Boa getting on OP10? like the rebecca + kyros combo or something else that im missing?
Wheeeeeee new veedeo
could add 4 mihawks in yam to boost that price lol
🌶
Aint vegapunk cheap
No way you just ripped flackos whole entire video and still missed some great budget decks
just from the thumbnail you could tell :(
If you can watch/listen to more than 10 seconds of Flacko, there is something wrong with you
Imagine thinking two people can’t possibly take a look at tourney results and independently conclude “there are some good, cheap options here.”
fact, not an opinion
Definition of copy my homework but make sure you change it up. Don’t hate the player thought hate the game
