As a kid I watched the actual GLOW run way back in 1988 and, sad to say, this Netflix version failed to capture the 80s look on each lady wrestler. You think with all that money, the producers could've hired more competent hair and make-up stylists or, if need be in some cases, provided realistic 80s-styled wigs for the actresses and stunt doubles. The make-up is indeed somewhat convincing but the hair itself was not. Their wrestling spandex outfits hardly ever matched any their 80s counterparts at all. Nitpicking moments. Sorry.
