Buy a "Mr Clean's Magic Eraser" and add a drop of water. Works great on removing stains and marker. Be careful around the prints cause it will take of printing(which is what I use them for) very easily without scratching the parts

I like the 2020s clone era. I only really started getting into Star Wars recently and I’ve just gotten out of a hiatus from LEGO. So the newer clone era is what I’m more familiar with. It’s really cool seeing how far the printing has gotten over the decades.

I regret it now. The 2010's definetly had the biggest variety in clone figures compared to the 2020's that are 80% 501st troopers. Ik people really wanted 501st clones, but holy crap did they absolutely infest people's collections. Like I get it, you want blue bois, but I want diversity! We really need more unique clone battle packs like in the 2010's. We had Kashiik trooper battle packs, battle packs for characters that don't even show up in the movies/shows, and many more. All we got since last year was a snow trooper pack and two 501st sets.

Something that actually works very well to get of shapie or other marker marks on minifigs is hand sanitizer. It doesn't take off the prints and it gets off the marker. Just squirt some hand sanitizer in a paper towel and run the spot with the marks.
Old school is hands down my favorite. I like the depth the visors have and star wars as a kid was an outlet for my messed up childhood so it's very nostalgic and so gives me a sense of peace to this day.

That rex helmet is actually the only thing you need for captainrex. His mimigiure just uses the black pauldron, grey rangefinder and normal clone body with blue arms so unless you want his head to be under the helmet, thats captain rex.
