I'm writing to expose the severe mistreatment of agents at Ulta Beauty. Employees are forced to handle four chats simultaneously, lie to guests, and manage chats, calls, and SMS-all within 10-hour shifts with only a 30-minute lunch break. Most agents are not proficient in English and face horrible treatment from supervisors.These conditions are unacceptable and inhumane. We need your platform to raise awareness and pressure Ulta Beauty to improve these conditions.
Love the CP gel liners. The only ones that stay in my waterline. And the Lash Princess is amazing as well.
Lash princess us the worst mascara I’ve ever trued tbh. Other essence ones are ok but lash princess is clumpy and will randomly get on you throughout the day

I would recommend getting the la girls pro concealer at cvs or Walgreens because it’s 50 cents cheaper that at Ulta
I love essense so much, i have a primer, and 5 mascaras from them. Love it

Just the essence brand in general is so nice! It is so affordable and great quality products at such a good price! Like I got an entire full-size highlighter for $4 and it works great! I def love the mascara and the bronzing powder I’ve used a couple times!
The Essence Lash Princess is amazing, but I think it gave me dark circles after using it. It was so dark that I think it stained my skin a little 🤣

I’ve tried different mascaras and the lash princess by essence is the one that really brings out my natural lashes while still giving them hydration. I love essence and I always always by my lipglosses from essence. I feel like a marketer lol

Essence mascaras are amazing at holding a curl but are a b**** to come off. You have to soak them in oil for a good minute before washing your face.
I use a cleansing balm that melts off pretty much everything!!

Hi Miranda, I always get the og lash princess. Hard candy has a quads and they work beautiful and I also have like 3 of the la girl color correctors. I may pick up a few of the color pop eyeliners

However filler CAN look good, but you need LESS filler injections than you think.

Work in thin layers, and as soon as its dry you have to leave it alone-- this helps a lot!
I have the Lash Princess waterproof mascara (the blue one) but mine is always clumpy. It’s not expired. Any tips?
TBH I have heard the waterproof version specifically has that problem :/ Is there a reason you go for waterproof?

I do NOT like that lash princess mascara. Scratch that. On my lashes on a good day? It looks great. But oh my panda eyes. If you blink too hard, it’ll smear.
