I read through all the comments, went over to Brook Waldorf’s channel and I kept thinking of you! I felt very much like you when I realized that I’m an empath. It felt very much like a curse to me and took some time before I understood what a great gift I’ve been given. I’ve done much research on empaths and thought I’d just block feelings and emotions. I did this for a few weeks but I ended up feeling worse and I believe because I was blocking everything, the bad and the good. It felt very unnatural. I did some meditation an how can I be a healthy empath that’s not taking on emotional garbage from other people. I remembered a parenting group I attended. It really focused on separating emotions/feelings from behaviour. At the time that I was part of the group I decided if I can do this with my child I can do this with myself and it created a self awareness that completely changed my life in so many ways. My point, because I wanted to share how I got there, is that I needed to do self check ins with myself to see where my emotions were, to know which emotions were mine so I could let go of the emotions of others. It may feel like you have no control but you do, having strong personal boundaries is really important for us empaths. You have a loving soul and all kinds of people will be attracted to you because of this. Wounded people will seek you out and many will be toxic. There is absolutely nothing wrong with putting your needs above others. Finding and asserting my boundaries has been a challenge and I sometimes have to remind myself. It took time for me to get used to but it made a big difference. The way I look at it is if I can’t help myself how can I help someone else. I wish you much love and light on your journey 💕😘

I was drawn to pile 3 and was completely blown away by how accurate it was and how even the charms were reflecting and resonating with so much about me. I love this.
