Hi Sean, thanks - easy fix once I decided to do something about the problem, I am trying different camera locations BUT all on the underside - having experience what can happen (case in point my Banshee), Crash, Bang.....Dustbin..... I am reluctant to fit cameras on the top side... Cheers Martyn
Hi Ironmover, for a 64mm its fantastic - but I would suggest you remove the gear and mod it for handlaunch - I might be selling this one soon (shame your not here in the UK), I quite fancy the larger 80mm EDF version that FMS make. Cheers Martyn
Hi Jeff - Hope your keeping well, I also thought it might be the ESC - but then it came to me that the ESC has nothing to do with the Rudder working sometimes and not - that just had to the RX, - I was prepared to replace both , the Rafale is back to doing what it does so well - dashing around the sky 🙂 - Cheers Martyn
Sat down with a hot Tea - (most things in England can be sorted out over a nice hot tea) LOL and it came to me - it HAS to be the RX because of the Rudder issues - the ESC has nothing to do with the Rudder.... Cheers Martyn
Given up on trying to launch from grass.......just a very expensive RC car! Took the wheels off and launch's straight out of the hand. Very nice slow flier too....
8 may take a picture of my comment for you previous flight when i said it was the receiver. I can show my wife im sometimes right 😂 glad its sorted. If it had a longer flight time id get one.
Thanks for the video Martyn - I see your nose is exactly the same as mine after my aborted take off! Glad you resolved your power issue - mine is still awaiting a retest next flying day but I am none too hopeful!
Hi Paul, Yes bashed up nose, just a little, due to pointy landings ..😁😁, I do have a spare coming from AliExpress only £6.00 and free shipping... Remind me what happened, Fingers crossed 🤞🤞.....Cheers Martyn
Dekek, I love the T7A - looks and the way it flys , what FMS F16 - the 64mm version - not flown mine its still in the box, but the E-Flite F16 is the same airframe and that's really good as well.. Cheers Martyn
Hiya buddy I would love the yellow 80mm version of this but it’s bit to much for my wallet , I’ve just pre ordered the 70mm F22 from motion , this weekend I’m gonna sort a load out and put up for sale lol I can’t bloody move in my room for box’s 😂 I might have found a club to fly at just got to send email cos I will have to do A cert I think to fly there but they do cater for that they say they have 11 instructors but I just want a regular place to go fly so hopefully my email and my lovely face will fit lol 😂
Hi Gazza - I think we both have a problem -- I might just be moving this 64mm on for something Yellow and 80mm 😁😁, and the 64mm F22 is also moving on - for something 70mm from Motion RC 😉 out with the old in with the New - Just sold some of mine that were in the Model ship, I absolutely think that getting into a good club with BMFA instructors is the right way to go , Go for that "A" - Cheers Martyn.
Glad you got to the bottom of the issues Martyn and can get back to enjoying this super EDF. Nice flight too with lovely camera shots 😎👍🏻

A dodgy reciever was the problem after all, i thought it was the esc breaking down but now all is good, great flight and landing...jeff.

😂very nice flight.. never thought it might be the reciiver but the lack of rudder proved it. Now...time to explore high alpha? 😁
Hi Dave, Yes Exactly the conclusion I came to based on the Rudder issue... Not into all that High Alpha stuff myself - Cheers Martyn
