This happened to me too! A few times because the vitamin C didn't have a coating and I was alone and panicked and so I threw myself against the arm of the couch to give myself the Heimlich maneuver against the couch. Immediately the vitamin C shot out of my mouth from my upper respiratory. I was scared from being alone but God guided me thankfully.
