idk why my headscarf slips off all the time :( but a tip for you guys if happens the same to you is put a non-silky material headscarf first and then put the silky scarf on the top :)))

Naomi Gonzalez if your hair is less textured or not that curly or even straight then it will slip off, you can also use bobby pins to make it stick :)
If you put a strip of hot glue across the front it stops it from slipping
@@gvmce (or if it's very thin, my hair looks like newborn hair, even though it's curly it still falls out)

crazy j I definitely think so. Silk head scarves and wraps were big in the mid century in places like Italy and America as well as all over Europe. It’s more of an accessory than a cultural piece. Of course if the scarf is a specific cultural pattern or goes along to a cultural outfit, it would probably be best to stay away from. Hope this helped 🤗
You can lol we're not the police but of you do, probably not too often and not too tight? Being as you dont have coarser hair, wearing a scarf everyday it could damage it a bit, fuck up your egdes.

hey! if you could personally respond to my question id be super grateful but id like to ask, im a white brazilian and theres been arguments saying only certain races can wear head wraps because they are trying to steal their culture. i just think they are really beautiful and i want to wear one but im afraid of getting like attacked for wearing it. what would be your response or opinion id like to know. hopefully that made sense :(

Many many cultures wear turbans my grandmother wraps her hair to show that she is married and she is German. A lot of cultures religions and spiritualities wear turbans I wrap my hair a lot mostly because I always thought it was beautiful how my grandmothers have and also because of my spirituality. 🖤
Even if you were to wear it just because you feel beautiful than thats completely fine! I see no wrong in wrapping your hair it's someone's own personal choice ❤️

Yes you should ! Women should be empowering other women! shaming them for a personal choice with how they choose to do they're hair I never understood. To be honest no one ethnic group owns turbans or has the right to tell another to not wear one. I am German but I am also Hindu a lot of Hindu women cover they're hair as a sign of respect. But it's a personal choice ! Just like beautiful Muslim women ! They have the choice to wear a hijab it is not in they're religion to wear one just to dress modestly. At the end of the day woman should do whatever they want to make themselves feel beautiful! ❤️

I have a question, am i allowed to wear scarves? i feel like it can come off as offensive, i’m hispanic but i look more white and have straight hair, when i wash my hair i tend to wrap it in a t shirt to be gentle with my hair and always thought it looks really cute so i wanted to get scarves for looks! but i don’t want to come off as offensive
