How are you removing the filter knobs? Is it simply pull up and they remove?

How difficult is it to pull the knobs the first time? I know Pioneer knobs are usually on there super tight.

I bought a skin and it arrived today. You should do a better job explaining how to takeoff the volume and fader knobs. I just broke the little grey clip inside the fader.
