    Shaw thought he was the greatest playwright in the English language since Shakespeare. How very very wrong he was.

      Did he think that? I never knew he was arrogant. Will need to read up on him. He did write some very important plays and won the Nobel prize, amongst others, so he was highly rated in his lifetime.
