How can you setup a way that the fulfiller can do the fulfilment and can make sure to translate tracking info to the customer?

call the fulfiller and set it up for them to do that. negotiation is key

ii want this in the reverse, so I can fulfill orders using google sheets

Doesn't help in my case: I would like that Zapier marks the order as fullfilled in Shopify (as an action, not a trigger).
Do you know how to do it ?

I do not off the top of my head. I'm sure there's some function to be able to do that within Zapier though.

I use Integromat instead of Zapier to do this. Its pretty cool.

Which pricing level is this done with? I'm looking to use Zapier but I don't want to underpurchase for my fulfillment.

I've always used the $50/mo version and it offered everythign I needed.
