I don't agree the conqueror thing bro as far as I know each conqueror stack gives you some AD or AP, and conqueror full stacked gives you 8% healing of the post-mitigation damage dealt against enemy champions, but the damage it's the same do I explain myself? So basically as far as I know the best will always be to stack conqueror ASAP to heal, and deal more damage overall rather than trying to get 3 stacks before doing your combo, the damage of your combo will increase on par with the conqueror rune. as far as I know ofc I might be wrong, but that's what my logic tells me xD
You are right, The dmg is the same. it does differ with blackcleaver but there are still huge advantages to holding you combo for movement and keeping the burst to increse healing + baiting
