Halo Updated Review - After 4 Months - WHAT DO I THINK NOW??
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 6 окт 2023
- This Halo updated review is after 4 months of heavy use on the Halo Elite 4 burner griddle... In my initial Halo review video, I said that this griddle got too hot, and that caused some concerns and controversy... How do I feel now?
Let me make one important distinction - in that initial Halo griddle review video, I was SEASONING the Halo - with all of the burners on high... As with any flat top grill or griddle, I NEVER recommend cooking on high, because most griddles get so hot on low or medium that you never really need the high setting.
But how has the Halo Elite griddle performed since then? Watch and find out!

Who ever said, "....he should at least learn how to cook on it....before he films...." is a JERK! And that's being nice. Neal has always had the attitude of being honest, up front, educating us with the pros and cons, making mistakes, and showing us as he goes along learning a grill himself. You Rock Neal!!
👊👊👊👊👊
And totally honest. He unboxes. Tries to figure it out, we get to see what he thinks. If their confusing things. Whatever it may be, it's the initial reactions. And 100% honest and fair
Agreed! I like the fact he shows us what it’s like to cook on griddle for the first time! Shows us what we might run into in our first experiences with a new griddle when we are learning how to use a particular brand! I hate the guys who claim it’s their first cook on it and they always look like a genius because you know the cooked on it 20 times before making their video! Great job Neal!
I love your honesty and not any favoritism to a particular brand. You just tell it as you see it.
Ty
So what is your favorite griddle?
You're my go to for reviews on griddles and smokers. Made my purchases per your recommendations. I appreciate the honesty. Keep on keeping on!
Glad you like them!
Adding my 2 cents: I appreciate you diving in and doing your thing, candidly, and honestly. "Should cook on it before filming" sounds like a comment from someone hung up on "the best way to crack an egg". 😂 Keep rocking your thing!
Hahahahahah. 👊👊
I really like the way you explain how to cook on the griddle. I think you are the best instructor on RUclips there is. Keep doing what you're doing.
Appreciate that. Really
Keep at it just the way you are. Never understood the confusion over the video reviews. As an owner of 10 grills/griddles/smokers - I totally understand every cooker is different. GREAT JOB
I appreciate that!
We appreciate this video. I watched your first video on the Halo when it came out. I was not intimidated by the high temp potential. Instead, I was impressed with the level of control and capabilities so much that I ordered one. The griddle is a tool to be utilized and managed for the purpose of the day. The Halo delivers. My wife & I watch every one of your videos. Keep up the good work!
That’s great news
Appreciate the honesty and real time review/updates. Keeping things simple and straightforward and real is truly appreciated. Love the content!
👊👊💥💥
The first video was your first impressions it's like any cologne or food that changes with time or as you get older your taste buds change a little. Now that you have had more time with it this is more of a full review. Keep the videos coming.
Whoa ! Lot's to unpack on this video ! First of all love the new shirt designs ! Second - I don't think you need to "apologize" for being honest about your opinions - and like the first video was clearly advertised - a "seasoning video" - The common sense that you apply to your explanations to me is justification enough. Great information about zone cooking on any griddle - As always Thanks !
People all just got to remember we're all learning together I love the way you do your intro videos don't change them cuz we get the honest fresh impression
Great job you all, tell it like you see it work for you. Stay safe and keep up the great videos. Glad you were able to extend your deck, makes things better around there for you folks. Keep up the great videos and fantastic recipes. Fred.
Thanks Fred.
Excellent review Neal! Always get a honest opinion! This is a awesome griddle and is on my radar sometime soon! Thanks again. Cheers brother 🍻
cheers bud...
That’s why I watch you your very honest and you enjoy cooking
I appreciate that
Love the new T-shirts, I'll be watching for them. Your review is probably the most accurate out there. People are reporting the exact same griddle conditions and higher heat after the seasoning. Ya need a cook book at some point. Here, here to a stress- free griddle time, enjoy the cooking. The griddle for us is family time, I don't want it to be so complicated, I don't need or want a check list. Those days are over and your main point, know your griddle regardless of brand and you will be good to go.
Very well said....I work enough as it is....I dont need to worry about the one thing that comes natural....
Love your videos with YOUR perspective on cooking and griddles. Keep that in mind and you won’t be able to please everyone. People are to damn sensitive about EVERYTHING these days. No need to apologize for anything you do or say. Unless you were paid to give a good review of that griddle (and I know that’s not how you do it) then it’s fair game. Keep doing you and teaching us the ins and outs.
I bought the Weber 36" after your first set of reviews on the Halo, Traeger, and Weber. After this review, I'd buy the Weber again. I'm thrilled with it. My stove is lonely! Thank you for your honest, sincere reviews. Forget hind-sight, just do you! You're great at this. You have 128k subscribers for a reason. You mentioned you could find fault with every griddle you have. The same is true for videos. People can find fault with anything. Thank you!!
👊👊
Every chef knows that every piece of equipment cooks differently, even the same brand and model. I have over 30 years experience in professional kitchens and I never assumed that each piece of equipment, no matter what it was, will cook the same as the last one. Keep doing it your way because you are teaching others and most of your viewers appreciate it. Best wishes to you and your family 👍👍
Appreciate that David....
@@TheFlatTopKing just telling like it is, same as you 👍
Nailed it. Well done!
Very nice honest review and I have only cooked on 9.5 on my Halo 4B. Just learn to use your zone cooking! Nicely done Neal!
Thanks bud. Well said
Neil, absolutely love your brutal honestly. I have learned more watching and listening to you than anyone else. Keep up the great videos.
Awesome! Thank you!
Distance from the vinyl siding is a key in placement of ANY grill.
Those are pretty nice t-shirts Neal. Great review on the Halo Griddle.
Thanks Bud.
I see that LSG in the background, and I love mine and can't wait to see some videos with it.
Heck yea....me either...
Thanks for the video. Excellent info for a griddle shopper.
Thank you
Don't change a thing on how you introduce a new griddle and as far as common sense...... that Sir is a commodity that is in very short supply in today's times! Continue doing what you do best!
Thanks Floyd...
Can’t wait for the new t-shirts…I will be buying all of them for my husband and myself - you guys ROCK!!😃
Hey thats awesome....wearing one now...ahhhaha
sad the wheel bolts are so short. i knew them holes in front would collect food. I love your honesty, i can tell your not on the halo payroll. 500 is hot enough for any griddle . great Review . didn't harm me lol
Yup! - Keep it real Dude - Love your channel as it is. - Cheers!
I love watching your videos and have learned so much from you. I even bought the 8 burner elite halo because of your videos. You just keep doing you because you’ve taught me a lot.
Don’t ever worry about the negative comments. People love being negative.
Great to hear! Im saving this comment ..hahahaha Just for the naysayers
From your video I bought a Halo and absolutely love it! This thing is amazing!!!
Glad you enjoy it!...Im saving this for the haters..ahahhaha
I love Neil, if it wasn’t for him I would have never bought a black stone!!
ThankYou !!!
Thanks for your honesty. I made my opinion watching Backyard Bbq. Seems too hot for my area where I live.
Thanks for watching!
Love the show!
When you have a good sized following you will always get naysayers. You've proved you cooking abilities better than most. Don't take it to hard as some folks have to complain just for the sake of complaining. Griddle on.
Also like the new merch coming out.😊
Excited about the shirts
Neal you are the griddle master and have more time cooking than most keyboard critics. Love your channel and always look forward to watching new videos. I was gifted a 28" Blackstone for Fathers Day and fell in love with it. Since then found Tractor Supply selling the 36" with hood for $299.99 and bought it. Keep bringing your wisdom and videos to make better chefs from those who watch.
Will do...thanks bud
That addition is the start of your out door kitchen ,, guys THANK YOU FRANK FROM MONTANA.....
Love all the videos :). I blabbed my mouth about how cool the halo looked early on… I just saw something today that looked pretty sexy.. lol. Recteq is coming out with a new product called the smokestone, pellet fired griddle.. kinda got me excited. Don’t know if you’ve seen it yet or not, just thought I’d share since it’s the first of its kind :)
I have...im torn for sure...I like the idea...but its kinda nuts at the same time
I feel like using a griddle (and using different brands of griddle, or even different sizes), is like learning to drive a car. Each car drives a little differently and each griddle cooks a little differently. Over time, cooking on the various griddles becomes second nature, just like driving the two or three cars each family has. Smart people simply adapt and adjust. Don’t let the jerks who criticize get you down. We love watching your shows and we watch every single one. BTW, we need to order some “Shake That” again. It’s our favorite all purpose seasoning. And I’m looking forward to the “my griddle is calling, and I must go” T-shirt! Love that idea!
Hey bud...appreciate that...thanks for giving those a try....
You know it's funny that I watched your seasoning video and I never once thought the fact that it got so hot was an issue. In fact, quite the opposite! I often wish my Evo got screaming hot, but being that it's circular with 2 gas rings under the 30" cast iron top I don't really have the zone cooking that a rectangular top has, and I think my max might be 475 after preheating on high for 30 minutes. So I'm not doing that test in the middle of a 115 degree summer, I'm going to test multiple theories and eventually comment on the outcomes - eventually. The fact that the Halo has basically 8 zones with some spillover between zones is really awesome. And now I'm feeling guilty about my comments on the English muffins I made recently. They weren't intended as criticism, but more about I think doing a poolish tastes better vs. using a ton of yeast. Have I made heavily yeasted doughs? Yes. Have I more or less evolved into poolish based doughs, yes. Anyway, even though I don't plan to purchase any of these units you use, I really enjoy your candid comments and opinions on the products you use. But more importantly I appreciate all your methods, recipes, and ideas. It keeps my propellor spinning! Keep up the good work guys!
👊👊👊👊
Enjoy your videos don't change a thing learn alot from them thanks
Thanks 👍
I have a steel Pit Boss griddle - you have to learn your griddle no matter what you have. Really enjoy all your videos.
True.
I bet that Halo will be the better one to use come Winter with the colder weather
The level feature works great, and I have a lot of fall on my slab.
I've used tin foil under the griddle plate to level just for grease control. In my opinion the plate is more important to be level than the housing of the unit myself
Good video (as was your initial one) and no need to defend yourself. People like to complain in general and when it comes to relatively expensive things they buy, they tend to have a strong bias to defend why they made the right choice. As you pointed out here - and actually in most of your videos, each griddle is different and people need to learn how theirs behaves and leverage how to works to get the results they want. That said, some griddles are going to be a better fit for people than others and for me, this one isn’t the best choice. I have too many distractions and don’t want to have to do as much active management of the burners (which is why I went with the Weber when I replaced an old Blackstone).
I recently replaced an older Weber Genesis with a high end, larger grill. Sadly, I didn’t have someone like you helping me understand all of the differences and as a result, am really not happy with my decision. Can I cook successfully on it - absolutely. Does it take longer and require more dedicated focus - also yes. For some people it’s probably a great grill. It looks huge and awesome, and rewards active management of the food during the cook which some people enjoy doing. I don’t enjoy cooking on it however.
Very very well said. Thank you
I’m a professional chef been cooking on professional griddles for over 30 years - I’m a big fan of zone cooking but like my zones between 350-450 degrees not above 500 unless I’m making stir fry vegetables or fried rice
To me it’s about the surface too
I just got the Traeger yesterday and it’s a rough surface
Great video
Yes the Traeger is ruff...probably the ruffest I have felt...I actually have plenty of videos on the Traeger...its actually my favorite griddle to date...with all the ones we have used.....BUT being the ruffest I think has made it the strongest over time...now its literally one of the best surfaces on any griddle I have used.... im sure that helps to be one of the reasons I like it so much
I don’t think your first review was off putting or unfair to Halo. I bought it after watching it and don’t regret it. It’s been great I cook eggs on it all the time.
Like you said it’s a learning curve. I’ll go turn the two left burners on medium, go inside and prep all my stuff, then I’m ready to start on my burgers or whatever. And mid way thru I’ll turn on the right burner to do an egg.
This morning I did the same thing with hash browns on the high side. And when it was half way done I did an omelette on the other side.
That said, people should definitely get the 4B so you have the space to do different things with enough real estate.
I had all the same issues, the silicone scraper is disintegrating, had to level it with wedges underneath.
And thus far haven’t used the warmer rack. So all the features I chose it over either don’t work well or I don’t use them, so in retrospect I’d probably choose the traeger all over again but I still love the halo for what it is.
Man that right there is one of the fairest comments yet...especially from someone who actually has one...thank you...im saving this one...
Your review has become even more objective Thanks so much. Question Has the leg design on the HALO make any difference. Does the X design affect stability as compared to the traeger leg design? Are there any compromises? with one design verses the other. thanks for your comments
Not at all… I don’t think it adds any thing special.
thanks much@@TheFlatTopKing
Very great show....
Dude - people gonna people. You do good work, and you know it. Rest in that. Also - as a dad whose son just finished basic - thank you for your service.
Well I appreciate that. Truly. And more importantly thank him for his service. Reach out if we can help.
Keep doing it just the way you’re doing it. I prefer to see it from the very beginning so I know what to expect for me. Don’t listen to the few complainers. I’m sure you know by now they’re everywhere, but never the majority.
👊👊
How about a video on that lone star grilz pellet smoker we see in the background? Nice set up up you have going on there.👍👍
hahahaha Already filmed and coming soon...ahhahaha
Can't wait for the guts and griddle !!! Looks awesome... Will need a 2x
We changed the light grey color in the words to white and just reordered....hopefully it shows more...
@@TheFlatTopKing -- Do you have a 2XLT?? I'm only 6'2", but a longer torso, so I often need the Length of Talls!
wha about the loco as far as the temp? thought on loco and its smart temp?
I returned my Halo 4B last week. Between the issues I had with contamination and inclusions in thr griddle surface, rust on the body of the griddle (2 months old, always covered) and warping issues I threw in the towel. The burner sights fogged up, and the silicone squeegee for spatulas dried out and crumbled - not acceptable for 2 months of use (like 5 cooks) for a $999 griddle.
Yeah....that seems to be going around like crazy...funny thing is its one on the most expensive griddles on the market and some are over looking the details that this griddle is supposed to have.....only because they want it to be the BEST so bad...but its not my reviews...these comments are coming from other people in other groups etc...but im the one to hate...hahah glad you spoke out...
@@TheFlatTopKing I really liked the Halo in design - but in practical use it did not live up to expectations set by the features and price point. The support I got from halo was sub par - they did send me a new griddle surface at one point but then ignored my follow up questions, concerns and subsequent issues.
I am onto a Weber 36” now. Seasoned it 3 days ago (seasoned so even and consistent)and did my first big breakfast cook with omelette’s this AM. The seasoning on the Weber was far better than I ever achieved on the Halo (even after stripping twice and getting a whole new surface). This speaks volumes about the steel Weber is using.
The heat control of the Weber was far easier to cook on. I am able to use all 36” of the surface, exactly why I bought a 36” in the first place.
Thanks - your omelette video really helped me make perfect omelette’s today.
@@matthewehansen man that’s absolutely music to my ears. All around. I love my little 28 in. Same thing. Even low heat. I control the temps as needed.
Ignore the naysayers and keep doin' what yer doin'! I value your opinions and honesty, not to mention your cooks are "Excellent!" Griddle on, Dude!
Thank you so much!
Awesome I trust your true values
Ty. Appreciate that.
Halo griddle is nice.
I am loving my Weber 36" Griddle, aesthetics on it are meh but whatever. It's solid, affordable, very large cooking surface, no electricity needed (unlike Halo & Traeger) and has a 5 year warranty. I received free assembly + delivery from Ace Hardware😁🤗 Recteq just released a wood fired pellet griddle! The griddle game is getting insane! The Traeger is really nice too imo.
Love my Weber. Just to clarify. Halo does not need power. Traeger does not need power. Its needs Power for the propane gauge but I don’t use power when using mine.
Thanks for clarifying, I thought you had to power the igniters and other features. Good to know that's not the case.@@TheFlatTopKing
Common sense isn’t so common nowadays. Excellent review.
👊👊
Awesome video. I am in the market to purchase my first griddle, hopefully by Christmas. I already know my wife ain't gonna buy it for so I might as well gift it to myself. Ha ha ha. I am actually torn between The Halo Elite 4B and the Traeger Flatrock. I want something that is great in quality and easy to cook on. I am extremely experienced with Kamado cooking, grilling, smoking, etc. but have never used a griddle (but how hard can it be?). For a newbie at griddling which do you recommend between the two? You should should check out the new griddle by RecTeq called The Smokestone. First griddle to operate off of wood pellets. Looks very interesting. The only issue is that there is absolutely no zone cooking from what I can see. Thanks.
WIth knowing absolutely nothing about the new one....I see more negatives than positives....just from the outside lookin in...BUT ZERO experience.
As for the 2...I will say this...Traeger is my number 1 griddle based on what I like...I like the low end heat. Some like ability of the high heat of the Halo and I do as well...but I cant just leave it on...gets to hot if you dont start cooking when you need to...
The traeger will stay on low heat even after 20 min....on low it might hit 380 to 400...the halo on low will hit over 550...thats hotter than an oven on high...
I have another video comparing the 2 side by side as well...
This comment needs to be said....The Halo was my 3rd best griddle...easy to move, could use the hood all the time when cooking....you cant use the hood on the Traeger...definitely some pros and cons....You will not go wrong with either...
As with all your videos you hit the good the bad the ugly.
Great work Neal -
Thanks
It's something how a couple negative comments can out weigh all the positive ones. I always say "Haters Gonna Hate" Not that they actually hate but it just seems these type of people look to complain for the most part about everything. I remember watching the videos in the beginning on this griddle and saw the pros and cons. I actually felt the intense heat could work for some recipes. There is not one griddle that is perfect from all the videos I have watched. Each one has characteristics that could be taken to make the ultimate griddle. You have pointed that out numerous times. You might even add a few things to those characteristics in my opinion. I can say this. Anyone that has never Used a griddle will not magically hold the golden spatula when they start using it. I would think even with all your griddle experience every once in a while you learn something. Now with all this being said I have 2 very important comments #1 Looking forward to those shirts. And #2 which is just as important. If you ever do get asked by a company for your input on a griddle I would suggest, even envision that the perfect griddle with all the attributes you have added to it will not be perfect unless you, well you know it's going to end up being about the colors. I was thinking a nice Purple and Gold, maybe with the emblem of an animal, like a Tiger. Yea, now that would be the perfect griddle.
haahhhahhah I hear ya loud and clear...the Geaux to griddle.....
Don’t let the comments get to you. Your initial videos encouraged me to actually pull the trigger on the halo 4b. The high heat was something I was looking for because I do a lot of heavy cooks and need to maintain temp. Halo does that better than my other griddles I’ve had in past.
Well I appreciate that....How are you liking yours...anything not mentioned here you are having trouble with...or anything that makes this a no doubter on buying..
@@TheFlatTopKing I’d say you’ve covered it all!
@@TheFlatTopKingfollowing up on this. The grease squeegee fell apart thankfully halo replaced with one that should last.
@flattopking what are your thoughts on the recteq smokestone griddle??

I think you have missed one of the best features about the grill, it's ability to use natural gas. It's the only one. I use NG. Easier to control the temperature. Also, never have to change a tank. Love it.
I don’t have that option for natural gas. Cant speak about it. Other griddles can be converted as well. Many more today than a few years back.
The griddle still is hard to find and none of the big box stores are displaying them here in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Halo marketing (if they have any) needs to get their act together.
Way above my pay grade hahahaha. I do know that an upscale outdoor cooking appliance store here locally started to carry. Maybe look that route.
Dont listen to the keyboard haters. We appreciate your videos 👍🏻 Nice work
I have a Blackstone 22”. I use the whole space every time. Problem solved. No disrespect. 🙃
When I was at the showroom, the sales person appeared to level the grill in a novel way. He made an adjustment by unscrewing something where the main unit attaches to the legs and tilted it back. Might be a solution worth looking into.

The people bitching shouldn’t be cooking. You do great videos and if they can’t figure it out, that’s on them.
👊👊
So if I understand what you're saying, there's no way to maintain the griddle at 350°?? 16:35- All 8 burners on low and it's still going to heat to 550°? That's obviously not a "Low" temp. How would you maintain a low temp. on the Halo? You say we just have to manage the temperatures... but if the Low setting doesn't go below 550° how would a person manage the temp to cook at a lower temp? Thanks!
You would have to alternate burners....or half the griddle from leftover heat etc....Thats been my whole gripe the whole time...not necessarily the top heat...but this griddle gets hot was more about no way if can it low. temps....

Your gonna have some good experiences and bad ones. That's when you learn from them mistakes. Enough said. Thanks for the video and GRIDDLE ON DUDES.
Griddle on
What about gas consumption? Is the Griddle more economical than others?
I honestly dont know....2 trains of thought that come to mind. You dont need all the burners all the time to cook because it cooks so hot....BUT how does it get that hot...the griddle is thicker...BUT maybe the burners have more holes and uses more propane per sq in...that I dont know....
@@TheFlatTopKing I agree with you, more heat actually requires more energy. Gas consumption also depends on the application. I don't find my Blackstone very efficient, especially when it's windy.
@@tinokung7554you also have to consider heat retention. I have halo and previously had Traeger. My consumption is much less with halo because I get to temp needed turn off burners and it’s maintained really well. No other griddle I’ve tried retains heat as well. If you can master zone cooking and adjust how you cook based on the griddle used - ie. For halo no need to turn on burners then prep, or keep burners on full cook - I don’t think there’s a better griddle from a cook or build quality.
I use my Halo to smoke my meat and vegetables. I can easily maintain the sweet spot of 250. Some of the best fish and vegetables I have ever eaten.
The bubble shows it's sloped towards the house... maybe you over-leveled it?
You are right and wrong..when I actually use it...it will be reversed...so its like Im cooking in front of you....When I do reviews like this I like the griddle to face you...when I cook it faces me...good catch...thanks
In my opinion, Halo should be ashamed of themselves for selling a griddle at this pice point with such terrible heat distribution. You can buy a cheap griddle with the same heating problems. The number one reason to spend more on a griddle would be even heat. I do enjoy your videos, nice job.
I don’t think you understand what the problem (if you want to call it that) is. It’s not heat distribution. If you want even heat then turn all the burners on. All things considered the halo is arguably the best griddle in the price range and goes back and forth with the similarly priced Traeger.
You are wrong, the Weber is the best for the price. The Halo has a huge problem with heat which is the most important thing in a griddle.
@@user-vz9zn5kv2l I had the Weber 36in but sold it to a friend. the Weber is cheaply built, and gave me storage issues because the shelves don’t collapse. Also considering I cook on halo with no heat problems what so ever I’d say your opinion is wrong. Lol
Yeah i agree...i dont think its a heat distribution evenly issue...when all burners are on regardless of temp its pretty even...I have stated it CAN get hot when left alone regardless what temp its on...if all burners are on...when cooking and adjusting temps or alternating burners is when the temps are controlled...
Only my personal opinion...I do think being that high priced....its hard to explain some of the features it says it has..
1. Different levels for propane...just doesn’t need it..ahahhaha heck 9.5 is already hot enough...
2. The idea of temp ranges..300-750...thats just not realistic...its probably actually easier to hit 750 than 300
My wife calls me captain oblivious and I might be totally wrong but does the flat top king look slimmer?
haahha thats the Body by Griddle plan....
Did you see the Halo pizza oven is now $399?
I did. Hahaha. I have actually had it in my cart 2 different times and decided against it.
@@TheFlatTopKing to many grills??? I just do metal plate with my pellet smoker But you gotta do a outdoor dough for best results
@@IzzyEatz no it’s more about bang for buck. I have had one and really didn’t like it. Found it hard to use besides pizza or browning a cheese. Are they good for people sure. But for filming it’s something else…. Like a hindrance to create content around a specific oven. Kinda like the air fryer I got from blackstone. I thought I would love it. It was great but never used it.
@@TheFlatTopKing did you ever get a bbq seasoning name?
@@IzzyEatz now that’s a story hahahaa. Since smoke was taken. We went to our number 2 and 3 to find out they were taken as well. I was so pissed I told Amy to surprise me… so they labels have been officially ordered. Seasoning blends next week.
I hope you don’t feel you needed to make this video to appease a few knuckleheads that have nothing better to do than nitpick someone else’s videos rather than make their own! Anyone with common sense knew what you were saying in that first video! Griddle on my man!!
Well honestly it wasn’t as much them as the average person asking over and over since the video uploaded Does it actually get to hot...will it burn etc....then the responses were ridiculousness...thats what prompted it...more to the person that actually has questions
The inside shelf is a poor design. Food will drip out of the back.
You need to fold the shelf down to use it.
Your arm looks like what lol 😂😂.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
That was a strange video. You exhibited a very defensive posture throughout the episode, almost as if someone or some organization (Halo) had bent your ear. Body language and tone of voice are impactful indicators of any situation, good, bad or just uncomfortable.
That being said…screw Halo, a piece of griddling garbage. Long live the Traeger Flatrock!
ahahahah NO....thats being honest...Thats a line i would not cross...My opinion. I did this...not for the naysayers but more of an response to the people that are asking on forums...I saw where this griddle gets to hot...will wlil burn my bacon...can I cook eggs...etc...then the responses are from people putting their ideas or opinions in vs reality....pumping discount codes...hey his video sucks...look at mine..etc..or the few Halo warriors that keep sticking it to me...over and over ever chance...instead of just answering questions or helping...so this was a direct response to both....the haters and the honest curiosities
You are obviously a red blood, blue collar American… your page, your deck and your brand was built and not bought into what it is today… some people are like oak trees sir… just casting shade and sap everywhere for no particular reason 🤷🏻♂️
Thats a great comment...truly...
Some people just cry about every little thing.
