😂😂THANK U BFF
Told ya so! You MUST go watch the movie about her life "Coal Miners Daughter"....she's from "the holler". WATCH IT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!
Sweetie, she was deep in the woods. Country as hell, got married at 13. Luv ya 😘
And judging what I've heard about her husband, Doolittle, she probably did have to warn off a good few women.
HEY BESTIE! THX BABE
Great reaction! Loretta don't mess around.
😘
Loretta only ever had one man since she married him at 13 (some argue it was 14....not true). They stayed married for the rest of their lives. She had 4 children by the time she was 17....and twins later. Some interviewers asked her over the years if Doolittle (her husband) ever beat her, and she answered with something to the effect of, "He never hit me when I didn't swing on him twice as hard.". Something to that effect; I'm paraphrasing. In any case, she was a true Kentucky hillbilly girl....especially in the sense that she didn't take crap from people, and had no fear of starting a fight. On the other hand, she was a kind person and absolutely hilarious. I miss her.
Loretta is the original OG !😂 I saw her as a child at Macon coliseum in Ga. She was raised in Butcher Hollar Ky in the 30’s , coal miners daughter. She had like a 8 th grade education but wrote all her songs revolving around her life and marriage. She and her mother were psychic and could foretell tragic events that happened in their life. Loretta and her husband bought a Civil War mansion in hurricane Mills, Kentucky that is haunted Loretta saw and spoke with the ghost there there is a documentary about it on RUclips if you want to watch it Loretta also had a movie about her life called Coal Miner’s Daughter. Received seven nominations and won Oscar for best actress (Cissy Spacek). Watch the movie it incredible. Loretta passed away recently. I believe at age 91 she is truly a female country. Legend, she paved the way for all the other female singers in that genre.
My exes mom grew up hanging around with Loretta (& her sister, Crystal Gayle) down in Kentucky. I didn't believe her until I saw several pictures of them all together well into their teen years/early 20s. ❤
THATS SO DOPE♥️
A funny story.....my parents went to see Loretta at a small venue that had long tables . I was just a baby ( this was mid 60s) so I was not there, but they talked about it over the years and would just laugh.
Anyway she had just came out with a song Called "You aint woman enough to take my man" well while she was singing it some woman yelled " I BET I CAN " and everyone started laughing. Well Loretta threw down the microphone , hiked up her long skirt and went over the tables and started flailing on the woman ! The band had to pull her off of the woman. The woman ran out of the place , Loretta went back to the stage and started singing like nothing happened LOL.
🤣🤣SHE WAS DANGEROUS
ICONIC.
Couple more great songs to check out are "Your squaws on the warpath" and "I burnt the little Roadside Tavern down" Loretta was the best. My Mama used to do work for her and Loretta was the kindest woman I have ever met. She is sorely missed.
K, please watch Ms. Loretta’s movie - Coal Miners Daughter.
The human spirit is Amazing!
Good morning honey!! Love Loretta, so real!
GRAND RISING! 😘
Loretta has had many hits throughout the years-One’s On The Way, Don’t Come Home A-Drinkin’ With Lovin’ On Your Mind,Coal Miner’s Daughter (autobiographic) are three you need to react to.
Her song "The Pill" was quite controversial, but a great song! Loretta was not afraid to tell it like she sees it.
When she was talking about grab you by the hair of the head and lift you off the ground , it was called a helicopter move what you do is grab their hair and start spinning around until their feet come of the ground .
I love Loretta Lynn she was one of a kind. ❤
I AM SO GLAD YOU LISTENED TO THIS ONE. YOU SHOULD HAVE A LISTEN TO DR.HOOK (COVER OF THE ROLLING STONES)
Rated X by Loretta Lynn is a must listen to. You will love it
Told you, my BFF!
YES U DID BESTIE AND WHERE U BEEN?
@@kshavon3098 well, on Saturday night I did not get much sleep so I was dragging on Sunday. Maybe because the good wife put me in her basket for the night and got her knee pads out and wore me out. LOL There is nothing better than the taste of chocolate for me. You understand what I am saying?
Her and patsy cline were best friends. I love patsy cline
thank you for reacting to my recommendation. so many of the reactors i subscribe to have so many followers that my comments and recommendations seem to be overlooked. it feels really pointless. thanks again.
UR WELCOME BFF😘
2:25 you combined Triple H with D-Generation X and ended up at Triple X. XXX . You are just too naughty.
One of the few women that can make me listen to country music.
🤣🤣😘THX RIDE OR DIE
U so funny 😂I love it
THANK U
I knew it! K shavon is a country gal at heart! 😉 💯
Coal Miners Daughter - Loretta Lynn.
Please react ma'am.
I just knew you'd love this one best friend! She's is definitely from the country! She's from the holler! I agree with other comments you need to watch Coal Miners Daughter and react to the song if you haven't already!
😂😂😂
It's punky.... she's always hard on the posture
Sweet brown sugar
Honey, she didn't just beat up the women, she hauled off one time and knocked her husband's tooth out of his head. She always said that her husband never hit her once that she didn't hit him back double.
😂
This song was inspired by a woman that was trying to get her husband Mooney while Loretta was on the road touring. You really should watch Coal Miner's Daughter. It's an exceptional film. Sissy Spacek earned her Oscar. Tommy Lee Jones as her husband Mooney, and Beverly D'Angelo as her best friend Patsy Cline were equally as riveting in their portrayals.
@@2palmsresort278The woman was the bus driver who drove the twins to school! She told them that she was going to be their new mother! Loretta went to that woman's house!
When you come from a large family you have to be tough
BIG FACTZ!!
You ought to react to Sweet Thang by Loretta Lynn and Ernest Tubbs
"One's On the Way" next! hahahahaha
That's tellin someone to go to hell and they look forward to the trip 😂
😂😂HEY TWIN WHERE U BEEN??!
@@kshavon3098 Hey TwinyRoo! Oh, I'm still stalking you, I just lurk in the shadows most of the time 😂🤣😂
That was the mountain coming out of Loretta Lynn right there. She meant every word she said that song was written for some other woman and she was going to get the word out you better stop messing with my man! Lol. One thing every country man knows do not mess with a mountain woman!
Listen to Coal Miners Daughter. You'll love it.
BET♥️
She wrote this after a school bus driver told her kids she was going to be their step mom
Please watch Coal miners daughter the story of her life
Bf check out coalminers daughter that is a true song about where she's from
You would enjoy Wanda Jackson's This 'pew pew' (to keep YT happy) Don't Care....
The guitar was hiding her pregnancy from the t.v. cameras. Back then, it wasn't cool to show pregnant women on television.
God, fuck some one should have warned you . never mind fuck it all.
You ain't country, so you don't know Loretta.
Believe it or not true fact, Loretta Lynn was the matriarch of country and western music before her death in 2022. Loretta was the longest living female grand old Opry member with a career spanning over six decades, the queen of country music.
Her husband cheated like crazy lol
😂I CAN TELL🤦🏾♀️
That's how we do it in the hills and hollers of Kentucky!
Hi there sweetheart. Another awesome video from you. I will admit I have never heard of this lady before but listening to the words of the song and listening to your take on it was absolutely hilarious. It put a big smile on my face. Thank you so much for doing another brilliant video. Please take care and don’t ever stop doing what you do because you do it so well. Blessings to you from the UK.❤
HEY BABE THANK U 😘
Girl! I know we were telling you in the comments that if you wanted to REALLY see the OG with a smile, you need "Fist City." I just didn't expect it this fast!
😂
👊
😂😂
As The Lady herself has stated: “To make it in this business, you either have to be first, great or different. And I was the first to ever go into Nashville, singin’ it like the women lived it.”
Loretta has been the godmother of countless women artists for decades, she helped them get started, she watched out for them, and she got in the face of anyone that messed with her or her girls. She's 90 now and still touring. Absolute LEGEND.
She died in 2023 we go to her ranch all the time we only live an hour and half away
@@jennyboo9604 Oh wow, I was not aware, thanks for the heads up. I briefly looked up her name and saw tour dates for 2024, so...that's weird.
@@jennyboo9604 She passed away in October, 2022.
@@d4mdcykeyYou know, those 2024 TOUR DATES may be for TWITTY AND LYNN. Loretta quit touring after her stroke. She still wrote and recorded, and sometimes make an appearance at a show or event at her ranch up until she died. Anyway, TWITTY AND LYNN consist of CONWAY TWITTY'S GRANDSON TRE TWITTY & LORETTA LYNN'S GRANDDAUGHTER TAYLA LYNN. While Loretta was still alive, she gave her Blessing to and supported TWITTY AND LYNN as a tribute band...NOT IMPERSONATORS (they don't try to sound like their legendary Grandparents, as they are well aware they are NOT on the same level). They sing the songs, in their own style, and they have their own songs, too. They tell stories, and try to make it an audience involved, good time show reminiscing about their lives and their Grandparents. They're doing great, continue to add more shows, and continue to get better. Tre is Michael Twitty's son, and Tayla is Ernest Ray (Ernie) Lynn's daughter.
@@michaelfarmer9472 Awesome news, thank you.
You know if Loretta worked at Waffle House there wouldn’t be no bullshit in there lol
IM HOLLERING🤣
Loretta is a psychopath lol
YES🤣🤣
THIS IS A QUOTE FROM LORETTA LYNN HERSELF TO MIKE WALLACE (60 Minutes, CBS)...
"I've taken a few women to Fist City...if you get the first lick in, you'll be ok. But, if you don't get the first lick in, it ain't so good."
She wrote this song about a woman her husband was having an affair with. When she bought her Hurricane Mills home, she didn't know the whole town came with, so she owns Hurricane Mills, TN. When she says "You better detour around my town." She literally means her town. She's a queen.
If you wanna know about Loretta then watch the movie Coal Miners Daughter. You will love it!!!!
Don't mess with a girl from Eastern Kentucky. I know what I/m talking about.
Loved Loretta. R.I.P
❤
Legend
My favoite part of the coal miners daughter movie is when she leans in to the car and tells the girl that Doo is with "woman if you wanna keep that arm you better get it off my husband" classic
"I'm warnin' you, Doo! I better not ever catch you with trash like that again! And I mean it!"
So Happy!! So much greatness in Country. There is a Lady blowing up Country today. Brining back traditional country, songwriting and stomping on the “Pop” females that “wanna be country”. Lainey has paid hard-dues to 12 years and is finally getting her flowers! This lady from Louisiana is someone I think you would enjoy, K.
Lainey Wilson - Heart Like a Truck
HEY MS. TEXAS! I DID THAT ONE BUT THEY TOOK IT DOWN
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I knew you'd get a kick out of this. Great reaction.
