for an architect/interior designer, that apartment is a gem, only needs a bit of texture improvement in the living room, but it's minor.
the gold and black faucet don't match the marble tiles in the bathroom area. This place could have been so much nicer if they went with a Scandinavian vibe everywhere.

this unit or the building itself was well planned. this building spot unobstructed view (great), that balcony in the master bedroom (love the concept), great natural light! so many potential designs for this apartment.

이런 사선구조 창이 있는 꼭대기 오피스 사는데 진심 여름에 더워서 이사갈 생각만하네요...꼭대기에다가 사선이라 열이 일반 전체 창보다 훨씬 더 심해요....이쁘긴한데...그 더위가 상상못해요....커튼을 열수가 없네요

이 집 여전히 안나가고 있나보군요. 유튜브에서 처음 본 지 꽤 오래된 것 같은데.
뭔가 집에서 밥 안해먹는 남자가 혼자 살기엔 정말 안성마춤인 집이다라고 생각하며 본 기억이 나네요. 근데 그 용도에 12억 쓰긴 좀 아깝죠.
밖으로 보이는 풍경은 낡은 건물이 많아보이고 별론데 비스듬한 창이나 인테리어는 너무 멋지네요.
복층 윗층이 더 좋아보이는건 첨 보네요. ㅋ

Lovely. Oven should be flush mounted under steps for easier access instead of sideways.
I think that was the microwave, and the oven goes in the bigger open slot under the stairs.

확실히 유니크하고 집구조도 괜찮고 조망도 좋지만 12억이라는 돈이 있으면 그냥 근교 넓은집에서 살래요... 12억이란 큰돈 주고 살기에는 현타 쌔게 올거같습니다ㅠㅠ
@@이재훈-d7g경기도 어디에냐에 따라 다르겠지만 역세권만 아니면 10억대로 충분히 넓은곳으로 갈 수 있죠 30평대도 영상에 나온 집보다는 넓으니까요

뷰는 탑급은 아니지만 어둑어둑하며 비올때 비스듬한 창문 바로옆 침실에서 창문위로 쏟아지는 빗방울 보고있으면 좋을거같다

Lovely! Totally love it! It is a pity that the upper deck doesn't have a wardrobe or any storage cabin tho and I think the bed in the single room downstairs can be a bit bigger.
막상 살면 불편할 것들이 너무 많다, 뷰 또한 치명적인 단점인 듯 하다.... 이사하고 잠깐 좋았다가 다음날 현타올듯

This place is gorgeous. So light bright & decorated really well. Just beautiful! My one bug bear I is that there really wasn’t a living room. That small space off the kitchen wouldn’t be practical for me as I like to entertain.

Love everything especially the windows. Only thing I would change is the peninsula with stove top to be a island running horizontal to sink area or have the U open to or facing the dining area especially with the fridge placement. easier access to pantry and fridge when cooking etc.

This house inspired me to work hard and save up a lot of money to get a house like this. Not this exact house but the random videos that pop up randomly of modern interior designs! 😍😍 But i do really admire this house so spacious yet small but has everything u need - not too little and not too much. However the livingroom space does seem a little uncomfortable
