California is the best state I love it. Are big cities have gross areas but I’ve learned unfortunately that seems to be Normal in alota large us cities. I’m happy to live in a small clean city. I love California
So amazing, God has really created some awesome stuff for us to go adventure and see. Kudos to you both for having such courage to go so many places, and thank you so much for the advice and beautiful videos 😁
Thank you for guidance. Going palm spring for a convention for day and half and than have 30 hours to spend around LA. My first visit to CA with family. Would love to go in summer to see much more.
Hihi! Thanks for all the tips & a great video! I'm moving to SF soon, and love your outdoor tips. QQ - As an adventure lover, what level of 4x4 would I need to fully enjoy this beautiful state (and neighbors why not)? Here in Chile 4x4 with low range is mandatory since winter is mostly muddy, steep or both. Would I do good with an AWD hybrid, or should I look for something beefier?
@@TheLoversPassport Good to know! TYVM. Maybe I'll get a 4x2 hybrid Maverick, I don't enjoy intentional off roading, but do like to go as far as possible
Great questions! We think March is a great time to visit all of them! Just check the park websites to see road conditions, but the desert locations especially will be perfect right now!
Please stop by the free LDS visitors center in Los Angeles or Oakland. It could be one of the best things you've ever done. Thousands of visitors have said so! 😊
If a California County fails to have Karst I have those that do for me to visit. Because I enjoy boating and rock climbing underground where stars have never been seen. I enjoy underground base camps when my cartography has determined more than ten miles of explored length. For off-road ride prospecting I use dual sport motorcycling off Interstate-5. So, between the Channel Islands, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona or Mexico a reader can find me. Mostly where public-use areas exist for speleology. California has regional exploration organizations for conference needs. So I'm not entirely in the dark..
@@TheLoversPassport oh good! But I just saw that part of Hwy 1 is closed in Big Sur. It was going to be the highlight of my trip :(. Ia there a way around it? And is there a different way to get to some of the stops in that strip? It’s so sad

Wrangell-St. Elias is the largest national park in the US. Death Valley is the largest in the lower 48.

TBH, you don't need a 4x4 really unless you do a ton of off roading! AWD is always good to have but it's not necessary for most places!

Totally worth it!! Id probably do 2 days Yosemite 1 Day Sequoia
Are all of these areas accessible with the flooding going on? I want to head this way in a couple weeks but don’t know what we can do.

Where is the Ropes and Ladder area in Joshua Tree?
Great question! It is called Mecca Canyon or the Painted Hills Trail Head!
Could you pin drop the exact location for the Mt Tam above the clouds shot? I’ve been there but never saw it like this.
It’s literally all enveloping when it does happen! We were just stopping along every pull out not a specific area ☺️

Great question! We used the Canon R5 for all our photos!
