Jesus gave me a dream when I first became a mother. I had become somewhat paralyzed in my arms during delivery somehow and there was no medical explanation or assurance that I would regain the use of my radial nerves. I became very fearful that I would not be able to care for my daughter - it escalated to, ‘what if I have some weird disease and die, who will care for her?’ (I guess my confidence in my husbands abilities was somewhat lacking! :). ). Anyway, I had a dream that I was whisked up to this magnificent cloud, a cloud that was actually a temple. On the way up, I could FEEL the air rushing past me, and it was changing into the sweetest, most bracing, life giving air! I took a deep breath as I sped upward and thought, ‘I’ve actually never been healthy before! This is the Life! On my best day, I have never truly breathed! Wahoo!’ Then I had one last earthly fly in the ointment, my daughter was not with me! Oh no! Then a voice, or a message just overcame my senses, it told me that everything I ever cared about, he cared a million times more. I had NOTHING to worry about, Jesus had my cares in his purse. I had total release from my fears, and in two years, my arms were back to normal. And today, my girl is a missionary animation artist in Taiwan, and I often go back to this revelation when I’m tempted to fret about her. What you point out is so true. We are swimming, flailing, in a medium we were not made for. But hallelujah, we shall rise! We shall see our living redeemer and share his land. Oh that will be GLORY!!!
The corn. When you see through a glass darkly, it is your eternal sea of glass that you’re seeing through darkly. Your eternal Sea of glass is full of dark matter and dark energy, that’s why you cannot see straight. But when The Spirit Of Truth, comes, and now is, he shall guide you into all truth.
