you can also level up using facebreaker with a warden and pretty much one shot everything with ice crash for exemple so that you don't have to worry about buying all these high dps leveling weapons
I played this build back in 3.1, it was great. I prefer the the blood explosions (Bloodlust) to the ice shatters(herald of ice). Infernal blow is of the the most satisfying skills to play like flicker strike but a lot controlled.
I'm completely new to this game, but I thought I would try the game out because of this build. Why is two handed damage attack useful on this Ascendancy tree? Wouldn't raider be better for more evasion and faster attack speed?

actually it might be hard investing into a lot of block chance as you got a long way to take the claw nodes, it might still work but i'm not sure it's worth it, also slayer got sustain threw leeching, gladiator also waste all the dual wield and bleed stuff tho.... i think that champion might be a better alternative than gladiator, giving some actual tankiness as well as decent a good amount of damage and 100% hit chance without licosae (means more life and res so free mods on rings for dmg as well)
Hatred is better bec it gives you +% as extra cold damage based on your physical damage, which you push as far as you can in this build, anger gives you flat fire damage

For gain the bonuses of glove you can't use weapons.

Can I run this with Chieftain?
Can this work good being gladiator instead of slayer ? Cuz block defenses . Is survability good being slayer?
the leech is the defense....the problem is if you lag/desync you can't leech so yeah...i also prefer gladiator for passive block.

In this case yes. Build does not 100% converted to fire, has no penetration, so hatred gives more pure dps.
I would take hatred sinply to shatter enemies since that is so satisfying. (Thats the ice one, right?)
