Had to re upload this because I absolutely love the design of this band! (And I’m a big Dave Thomas fan)
The Summertime Band was created by Dave Thomas (artist for Creative Engineering) and was installed In Kansas City Missouri, at Carousel park!

@SEAGp I was saying that this band is goofy looking and I was questioning if the physical characters are still out there and not turned to scrap

I don’t think so, I believe that the person who owned them attempted to collect insurance by burning down the building they were located in. (Not 100% sure if this is true, but I’ve heard many people say it.)
