You guys be sooooooo emotional that you want to result to insults and you have literally zero idea of what you are talking about. Hes had plenty if success, not on the level of a 50 cent but he definitely isn't a failed artist. Second a great deal of your success has much to do with your contracts your team and the marketing and promotion of the record label you are signed to. Lastly he's the one that is an artist and has lived it, from even working with alot of these artist he has a very different perspective than them that doesn't mean he think he's opinion holds more weight but in reality very often it does. The person whose opinion doesn't really hold any weight is yours.
