just buy it from a prebuilt computer or retail that sells a computer with it, quite honestly i gave up trying to build my own PC because of all these bitcoin miners
if youve got a GPU that is not giving u the money back when you arent using it then youre wasting your money in your "gaming" gpu too
in this way best value is 3090 coz has no lhr and gives best mining profits and gaming experience and it will pay itself soon or later, u dont have to mine the whole day, just when you arent using it
anyway if you havent watched gamer nexus videos about prebuilts you better do, the gpus that come with it arent good but sometimes thats better than nothing right?

@@Antido0 Nothing about this pays itself wtf are you smoking? Next year the 3080 is going to be $500-$1000 cheaper. Computers like cars all depreciate including all its components. Also this idea of "bitcoin mining paying itself" is a bunch of bull, it wears down your computer performance and life expectancy of your rig at an accelerated speed far before its market depreciation value. You won't be able to use much of your computer overtime even with a heavy investment into cooling so you dropped whatever amount of thousands of dollars on rigs to make a few hundred bucks and call it a profit at year end when you could have simply put in the effort and actually got a real decent paying job. Because nobody with a job, has the time for this type of bullshit and knows the value of money because they already have a greater return. I've been gaming on an R7 250 and UHD 620 (at 1080p) because I'm no AAA gamer, so I'd rather extrapolate conservatively. However, if I see a 3070 or 6800 at MSRP, I'd snap right at that. ~£500 is the top end of what I'm willing to spend on a GPU, and even though I've got the money, £649 for a GPU is a stretch I don't have the strength to make.
@@KentoCommenT
It's your choice, of course. But think about it, 3060 ti barely runs at 4k60 in Cyberpunk 2077, and that's a game released last year. Imagine how demanding the games will become in the future. If you're set on playing in 4k you need a bit of futureproofing, I think. In any case, you can get some of the cost back by mining so I don't think it's that big of a problem. A few weeks ago, I almost bought a RTX 3060 at Micro Center for $399 when I saw a single (Qty. 1 ) Asus RTX 3060 Ti Dual OC for $499. I picked up the 3060 Ti for $475 (5% discount for using my Micro Center card). At the time, all the 3070's were at least $200 more and to me the performance difference didn't justify the extra cost. If you're close enough to a Micro Center, check their stock daily.
I'd actually advice to not upgrade for few more months. Things are still stabilizing and prices are getting cheaper day by day with GPU's.
Good for you, I just bought a 3060Ti here in Europe for 430€ which is a steal here right now. Most 3060 Ti´s are 500€
I still think it’s hilarious that Minecraft is one of the most graphically intensive games on here 💀
Happy with my 3070. Plays games in 4k just fine if i choose so. I prefer 1440 max settings at 165 hz for the time being tho until i can get a 3080 or 90 if the gods will it.
3070 will do just fine, if not. 1440 is beautiful too.
@Emmy The 3060 is great as well though.
@Emmy What case is it? If your temps are below 80 or so while gaming then generally you are good.
@Emmy That's really not that bad at all. I mean yeah it could be better but those temps are pretty average I would say.
@Emmy My GPU is basically the same as well so I think you're good :D
As a very casual gamer the RXT 3060 does really well for me. I can play AAA games at high/ultra mostly ultra (at 1080P) and get a really good gaming experience including MSFS at ultra settings and still get 50fps+ which is pretty darn good for MSFS. The 3060 vs. the 3060Ti was not that much of a boost in my opinion considering the 3060Ti has greater specs. going for it. I do not do first person shooters online where I need "split-second" performance and zero lag so, obviously needs will vary. Plus the 3060 does CAD surprisingly well with the 12Gb of ram for larger models. I just want to "play" games and do CAD and not be the "mac-daddy" of the list with the "fastest" rig on the planet spending HUGE amounts of cash to do so! Heck! There are MANY out there using lesser cards like the RTX 2060/70's or even older and still have a "good gaming experience. If it was me I would settle with an older card vs. buying an RTX 3050 as "bang-for-buck" is just not worth it!
I had a GTX 1080TI in the past but It died, then i used an RX 550 for Years after that. A week Ago i bought an RTX 3060 and that is a great GPU for me ( i am not a tryharder gamer that lives with the famíly and have no Bills tô pay ) , it's retard paying huge amounts of Dollars on a PC because of a Brand, status and 2 fps of difference lmao. That RTX 3060 almost costs an 1990/2000's used car and pays my driver license. Enjoy your 3060 my friend :D
@AleSSAnDrO VeNtUriNi ;
I NEVER said the Ti wasn't? If you re-read what I said - I'm a casual gamer and the 3060 is fine right now! Upgrading to a 3060Ti would be a HUGE waste of money for me! When prices come down more I'll be getting a 3070Ti which will be far superior than the 3060Ti and a noteworthy upgrade for me.
@AleSSAnDrO VeNtUriNi ;
If prices come down further you would be STUPID not to upgrade for better performance gains and keep the performance up longer before "another" major rebuild! Are YOU trying to say your 3060Ti is better than a 3070Ti? Seems to me your confused or just stupid.
@AleSSAnDrO VeNtUriNi of course ti is better, like he said it has greater specs, and is more expensive. but the 3090 is also better than the 3060ti, doesn''t mean I need it? 3060 is more than enough for many people
@AleSSAnDrO VeNtUriNi Your statement doesn't make any sense. HE mentioned that it's best bang for buck for HIM. I also agree with him. I happened to buy myself 3060 at launch for MSRP. Multiple hundreds cheaper than better models. So please elaborate how is that a bad deal? I does 1080p gaming absolutely great. It also does 3D CAD great which is big factor for myself. Heck bit later I could've sold my 970 and get virtually everything back, but it was on my secondary computer and didn't want to sell it.
Basically the 3060ti and 3070 ones are the best for your money unless you want to play 4k but that would also require you to buy a monitor that supports 4k and we have to add that games only recently started supporting 4k because most consumers don't play or don't have the means to play in 4k anyway. Even if my computer can run 4k at with decent fps, I prefer to play 1440p so it is the only one that matters to me.
Yeah alot of people using 1440p because its smooth and stable

Pre-built pc systems are the only way you'll get an rtx card. Save of 2000 or apply for credit and you get your hands on it. I have a rtx 3060ti pre-built system the way. The supply is there. You just have to be willing put out the money.
I literally just bought a pre built today with a 3060ti for $1999. Way more price efficient. I agree 100%
@@123fastslow Just bought a pre build from best buy for $1400.
Glad I managed to get a 3080. It does look to be the best price to performance, along with the 3060ti. It performs like a dream and finally, 4k is actually a viable option, and boy did I seize the opportunity! It looks absolutely stunning!
Trust me it is worth getting over a 3070, that is if you can even find one for close to MSRP. I paid about $1000 for mine (High-end one and tax included, unlike the MSRP prices)
welp honestly any gpu is good nowadays as long as you got it for anywhere near msrp xd
@@silverwatchdog What would you say if I can get a 3070 for about $650ish and the 3080 is like $1100 where I am
@@ghostlyblue5735 definatelly the 70
Um
Now when i looked up starting prices and seen performance, for 1080p,i think 3060Ti is best one to go with and 3080 is waste of money for 1080p,but not for 1440p or 4k...3070 is kinda in middle, more of waste but then again not really.I myself am choosing 3060Ti as it doesent cost too expensive for me and gives me FPS i want.THX Random Benchmark for saving my life, wish u all the best.
А как же память hunix?
I thought most of of the 3060 TI cards were bios locked at 200 watts. Curious how the power locked cards perform (200 watt cap)
It's power limit. Can be found in Afterburner
today i learned that cyberpunk's pedestrians are scripted to spawn at the same place and follow the same waypoints, only varying between skins or sometimes in bigger/fewer numbers or not present at all
heh
It's finally a nice feeling to relate to "I finally upgraded my gpu". After like what. 10 years? And im 23 now
After using a 1050 ti for 5 years, the 3060 still looks great to me. It can handle 1080 high with good fps and that's really all I need.
I've had the same gpu for just as long, I'm excited to finally see the upgrade
Im happy i havent had any problems getting the 30 series cards . Still on the hunt for a white one but its not needed . I hope to game on these cards for atleast 10 years if they dont break down on me
Considering the price differences, availability and future proofing, RTX 3080 and above is overkill for 5-10 fps.. Especially when in a few months the 4080 will be >2x above 3080. What a waste of money.
Wtf the difference ain't that big but the price is xD
Yes going by the price I expect the 3080 to be like 4x the performance of the 3060 making the 3080 to slow for its price lol
Yeah doesn't really matter that much atm, in 2-3 years maybe when you're maxing out new AAAs, then when you go into like 20-30fps territory on 3060, then every frame would matter
The fact that I don’t care to play at 4K means I can keep my 3060
Bitches now I’m getting a 3070 fe.
RTX 3060ti is like a fine wine in my eyes now... 65 FPS @1440p is more than enough
3080 is literally double the performance of 3060 😍😍
If these GPUs were at MSRP, 3060 ti would definitely be the best deal
I got 3060 by change right at launch for MSRP. I didn't even realize how lucky I was after some time.
Excelente vídeo, agradecimento de seus amigos brasileiros
Wow RTX 3060Ti = RTX 3070 for less price! The biggest disadventage of 3060Ti is only 8GB VRAM. RTX 3070, 3070TI and 3080 are totally not profitable. RTX 3060 is great GPU for 1080P and 3060Ti is the best for 1440P and with DLSS both card are capapble maintain decent perormance with RT.
For me, an overclocked 3060ti seems like a no brainer when looking for the vest value
meanwhile me watching this is 480p
Finally decided to get grip on a prebuilt pc with rtx 3070. Basically its a price and availability decision as Nvidia seems to have delicately cut Shaders and VRam on each GPU to allow +10fps from model to model.
What’s your review on the 3070 this deep into using it. Is it viable for 4k gaming? I’m looking at the 3070ti or the 3080ti now that they are in stock. If I can get decent 4k gaming out of the 3070ti I rather save myself $800.
@@TheSMSpider As I have a UWQHD Screen (wide 1440p) I cant really estimate 4k performance. For my case all games seem to work fine on highest settings, even with RT on. I'd suggest to get at least the 3070 Ti for 4k gaming. 3080 Ti on the long term will be a good choice.
@@thestype awesome. Thanks for you reply.
wait, so cybershit is sub 30fps even WITH fucking 3060 ti at 4k? lol no fucking way. Kinda figured this game was super unoptimized.
Great video! Thanks! Just picked up the 3060 Tuf gaming from Microcenter for 500. Less than 1/2 the price of any of the rest. I can live with that. Now to do the build.
RTX 3060: Long lost and confused child
RTX 3060Ti: The step brother
RTX 3070: The lil brother
RTX 3080: The big brother
3060ti cost the same as my 1080ti did, pulls the same power and runs with the same fps. So price to performance, nothing has changed in 5 years. Sucks.
power draw can be adjusted on msi afterburner. example my rtx 3080 on pubg pc ultra consumes 208 watts where rtx 3060 ti consumes 204 watts but my rtx 3080 maintains 165 fps
3060: Enough, 3060Ti: Good, 3070: Very Good, 3080: Best
I think i was kinda lucky, cuz i just got pc like 4-6 months ago and my first pc ever has 3060ti 😅
The most bang for the buck is 3060ti, truly amazing at 1080p/1440p. 4k is not something we can even consider as the price of 4k monitor is huge.
Finally, GPU prices are crashing. Waiting for them to come at MSRP. For us gamers, it is best to have 3060/3060ti.
Ti gives a significant boost!
yes, except the 3070 ti
yes but only for 3060ti because it turns it into 3070, it's the same GA 104 chip.

Looking at DIRT 5's Average FPS scores since that is the only game I play from the list, I was expecting more from the 3070 and 3080 given their MRSP price. Out of those four cards, it was the 3060 Ti that gives the best value for performance.

- 1080p 3060 Ti: $3.63/fps
- 1080p 3070: $3.93/fps
