THIS SONG IS MY TESTIMONY!! recently I struggled with anxiety and depression. I would constantly have anxiety attacks, And just be in pain. I would cry out to God asking him why he would put me though this, and I felt like there was so answer. Slowly but surely, a few months later I realised the root of my anxiety was I wasn't trusting that God had a plan, that he was in control of my life and what happens. After I realised this I recovered rapidly. Fast forward a few more months, I'm texting my friend and she tells me how she struggles with anxiety. And let me just say, if I had never gone through that pain and sadness, I would have never been able to help her the same way. This was so beautiful. It was like God was answering me, all the times I had cried out asking him why. This was the answer. He put me through that pain so I could help another hurting soul. So I could be a testimony to his goodness. And this song just captivates my story, especially the second verse. thank you SO MUCH Danny gokey for doing what you do, and thank you so much God for being so good! Hope my story blessed you ❤
Just hearing this for the first time today, 2/5/2021. Wow. If ever there was a song of confirmation and affirmation - this is it! My husband of almost 35 years died April 23, 2015. It's been such a long hard road without him. But God is with me, showing me Himself in the loneliness. I have questioned so much in these years since he died. Just recently God began to speak to my heart along these same lyrics. And then, today - this song. Thank You!!!

All I can say is thank you! After being diagnosed with a rare cancer, having a below the knee amputation from the cancer and then it spreading to my lungs, I was grappling with fear at times. I believe in staying hopeful and positive and your music literally speaks to my heart and soul. This song overwhelms me and fills me with such joy. Blessings! 🙏❤️

Pain is real since I was forced to divorce my husband because he left and cheated and said he was never going to come back and did not care about what he did. I hope there is something better on the other side of this situation soon and I also hope there is good on earth too and not just in Heaven though I know Heaven will be the best.

DNE Mom, I am so sorry you're going through this. I was cheated on as well and was told similar things and I can tell you that even from this devastation, God can make beauty from ashes. You cant see it right now, the purpose in the pain, but there are better days ahead. God has a plan and a purpose for you. Hold tight. Dont let the ones who didn't design you, define you. IM BETTER CUZ OF IT! PRAISE GOD! I was born to a mom addicted to drugs. She died very young. I had a bi-racial son at 17 years old and because of his race my family disowned me. I moved into a crack house w my son and his father and started selling drugs. My sons dad went to jail for life when my son was 3 yrs old for killing a man who was stealing from him. I met my second boyfriend in life, he beat on me for over 5 years almost everyday for things like not walking the dogs. I tried to leave him he beat me more, I tried to commit suicide to get away from him and my son found me, I woke up a week later in the mental hospital. I was working at a bank at the time. I went back to work and stole money to run from that man, got caught got federally charged for bank robbery, did 2 years on house arrest 10 years federal probation. Not one day of jail time for bank robbery. On September 8, 2009 that same boyfriend tried to kill me he stabbed me, burned me and beat me in the head with a pole, I became disabled from domestic violence with a TBI. My son and I became homeless after that living in shelters, uhaul vans, from Mississippi to New York... In that journey because of the racism in this world I was raped, my son and I had piss thrown on us. BUT GOD TODAY WE HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE!!! I JUST GOT A QUEEN MATTRESS TODAY! DO you know the last time I slept on my own bed!!! IM ALIVE, IM BLESSED, GLORY TO GOD!!! YOU DESERVE IT LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I OWE YOU MY LIFE I WILL REPAY YOU WITH MINE!!!!

It breaks my heart to see people being cruel to others for absolutely no reason. If Jesus Christ is willing to die for us just so he can save us from Hell, people can be kind to each other.
