As a girl with two wonderful older sisters, this made me cry so much. Idk what I'd do if something like that happened to one of them.
Tho I must say that the lesson of this ads from what I seen is that you should never ever wish harm anyone especially when they are related to you by blood as without you know it what you wished harm for will bites you back twice as hard than what you wished for.
Relatable for me... I have this insecurities towards my older sister. Because yah know felt like your parents love your sister more... Just sharing.

Wow!! I was holding my tears back so hard, my throat hurts! I'm the younger sister and when my sister took me to the doctor and he told me I had a brain tumor, she burst into tears. I was expecting it and didn't really react, so he looked at me like "I just told you that you have a brain tumor and she's crying, not you?". I live in a small town in SC and went to Emory University hospital, in Atlanta, and my sister helped take care of my son while I was gone. He stayed with her during the week and went to school with her because she was a teacher and got him into the school she taught at. My husband would pick him up after work on Friday nights and bring him to see me on the weekends. It was the first time I was ever away from my son but it was a relief to know he was being taken care of.

Watch the scenes where they put needles and stuff onto her wrist. The younger sister donated her long hair to make a wig for her younger sister. Don't believe me yet?
