After dragging the plugins folder into the directory, Open up Rage while holding down the SHIFT key, once your Rage menu pops up click on the Plugins tab, after that click on the " Load these plugins on startup" and select BackWeapon. Save and launch, the mod will work and the Config file will be in your plugins folder after you close the game. Cheers brotha!
