You can turn your anger around and be a whole new person. I used to be angry as well, explosive. You can change so fast when you take control. Some good books are “letting go of anger” figure out what type of anger you have.. “the dance of anger”and “ the intimacy dance”by Harriet learner. Also a cognitive behavioural therapy book called “feeling good” there’s a workbook version. This is a great book if you’ve never heard of it! “The artist way”is also a great book, talks about the inner child a lot. These books set me on my path to actually seeing my worth and changing thoughts/feelings and just becoming such a better version of myself. I hope this helps.
