Underrated because he doesn't have as many subscribers as other worse sports channels. He has enough across the board knowledge of the big four to talk trash effectively. His Twitter troll era was legendary as well. He would fool many people when he pretended to be beat reporters and make up fake stories.
What do you think about Donald Driver? A 7th rounder who put up 6 straight 1000 yard seasons, each one with well over 70 receptions and was a 5 time pro bowler. Considering his stats compared to current HOF receivers in terms of receiving I think he genuinely deserves a golden jacket himself.
@@ryanjacobson2508 Okay and? He still caught over 70 passes each one of those seasons, which is *ridiculously* reliable. Including a (at that point) still pretty undeveloped and unconfident Aaron Rodgers. A QB can place the ball pretty good, but a QB doesn’t have to take on the corners himself every single game and beat them out to get open. Especially with Favre being Favre and hucking it deep so Driver has to beat out 2 corners. That’s like saying that Emmitt Smith wasn’t a good running back because he had a great offensive line. Chase Utley, despite being the best 2nd Baseman in the NL for almost a decade, he never seems to get the love and is only remembered for that one dirty slide against the Mets. Keep up the great content Barry!
Matthew Stafford. I’ve always felt like Detroit was the reason why he was never considered a top qb because the rosters were awful and he has only ever had a 1000 yard rusher once. He went to a good team and got his ring while he’s still in his prime. I think he is basically a lock for the hof with a few more decent seasons. Thoughts? Also great work man been here since 20,000 subscribers!
Properly rated, we all know it wasn’t entirely his fault in Detroit and won a super bowl for the rams. I wouldn’t say he is elite because he is turnover prone and can be inconsistent throughout his career but he is a really good quarterback
I think the LA Super Bowl and Detroit years balance each other out. Nobody and I mean nobody was winning a Super Bowl in Detroit. Not Tom Brady. Not Aaron Rodgers and sure as shit not Matt Stanford. An org so bad they made Megatron, a man that requires THREE defenders on him, retire in his prime. That said, a captain goes down with his ship and those criticisms from the Detroit years are still valid when it came to his turnovers, pass selection, etc. He certainly was a key part in the LA Super Bowl win (I mean, most QB’s tend to be lol) but he was also on a STACKED Rams team that said “fuck them picks” and paid a premium for talent. Overall: properly rated
Troy Polamalu. As a Steelers fan for the last 35 years, I absolutely loved his skills and playmaking ability. He was a class act and HOF'er. Too bad he was always compared to Ed Reed because they played at the same time and in the same division. Who do you like between the two? Thanks. Keep up the AMAZING and ENTERTAINING work, my friend. Peace.
I think Troy is widely considered one of the best safeties of all time, and rightfully so as he is in the top 5 if we’re talking pure safeties. He isn’t as good as Ronnie Lott, Ed Reed was probably more impactful and there are others to discuss, but Polamalu was an incredible player and I believe he is respected as such. Properly rated.
As a Broncos fan it pained me when we traded away Von, but I'm just happy he played a very key role I'm bringing the Rams a ring. That being said, at this point in his career, I do think Buffalo paid WAY too much for him, but I don't think that makes him overrated. 4 years $60 million would've been perfect or he could've come back to us knowing we were getting Russ so he could run it back after getting his 2nd ring
Khris Middleton. Very inconsistent player night to night, but even on off nights seems to always perform in the clutch. Had one of the best clutch playoff runs ever in the bucks title season and I don’t think he got the respect he deserved due to how insane Giannis played in the finals.
Minecraft, widely regarded as one of the best games ever made. It has became an icon and has had such an impact it might be unmatched, anyway love to here your thoughts on it. Rest in peace Technoblade
Andy Reid? I personally think he’s easily a top 10 coach of all time and definitely a future hall of famer. He turned alex smith from a washed up nobody into a top 8 qb in the league. He has a 233-136-1 record, won 6 division titles with the eagles, and has never had a losing season with the chiefs, including 6 consecutive division titles. Thoughts?
Not saying I think this way, I personally agree he's a hall of famer, but the knock I could see people having against him is it took a generational talent at QB for him to win his first super bowl
I do think Andy Reeds is a great coach. Definitely a Hall of famer but I would not consider him top 10. He lost a lot of games in the playoffs that he should have won and was horrible at clock management By the way Alex Smith was good under Jim harbaugh before he got to the Chiefs.
He is potentially a HoFer, although I think the Chiefs getting Mahomes, and Reid luckily knowing the system that works for Mahomes, has made people forget about his entire career. Reid is one of the biggest playoff chokers ever outside of 2019, and it needs to be said that he could never get some loaded Eagles teams over the hump. Not to mention the recent failures in 2020 and 2021 where coaching did play a role. But the man is undeniably an offensive powerhouse and seems like a great guy. I would say slightly overrated currently, but also one of the all time greats.
@@metaldude4563 Well it wouldn't have taken Mahomes to do so if Donovan McNabb could have stayed in shape and Alex Smith could throw the ball downfield
The Silence of the Lambs. Swept the Oscars and is considered one of the greatest psychological horror movies of all time; even if the main villain's setup didn't age that well due to transphobia it is still very well-regarded due to its cinematography, acting, music score, and hidden messages throughout. Also keep up the amazing work Barry, you always lighten up my mood on my worst days.
@@alexdelarge703 Sure, you could say that, but Buffalo Bill's premise is that they want to be a woman. Therefore, not transgender, but still related to that issue.
@@Lakest02 It’s less of him wanting to be a woman and more him wanting to be anything but what he is, which just so happens to be a male. If he can easily “transition” into a bear or alien or anything other than a human male, he’d be game.
3rd Time is the charm, Id like to get your opinion on the FX series Archer. It's animation got better after a few seasons and i think its still pretty good as it enters season 13
Hey Barry, what about Steven Jackson. He was a great running back on a shitty Rams franchise. He was the player that got me interested in football and is my all time favorite but it seems that everyone forgets about him, Love the content.
Jay Ajayi, One of the most short lived highs for Rbs in the mid 2010s, Crazy breakout season with the dolphins and he's got a ring with the eagles. Sadly didn't live up to the hype but I still think he was decent when he was playing.
Genuinely curious as to your thoughts on Jrue Holiday. Last time I posted people pretty consistently agreed with me that he was underrated. While he isn't the greatest scoring threat I think he is as good of a defensive guard as one could ask for in this league and he was a key contributor in the Bucks' championship run
Jimmy Smith, in my opinion he was one of the best Wide Receivers of the 90s and 2000s and should be in the HOF but never gets talked about even though he has more touchdowns than Micheal Irvin
Hey Barry I’d love to hear your thoughts on Giancarlo Esposito: he does villains so well and I feel like he’s criminally underrated. I also share the same birthday as him so I’m a little biased. But still he doesn’t get the recognition from fans that he deserves as an actor with so much range.
I would agree 6 years ago but now it seems like he plays the same character. Gus, Moff Gideon, Far Cry, and some NBC show I watched for a season. He’s basically the same villain at this point
Range? All his characters are the same, Gus fring only have one expression and his Spanish is FREAKING TERRIBLE, as an Spanish speaker it very cringe hearing his awful Spanish and immediately stars speaking perfect English, the dude who plays Hector Salamanca also have a bad Spanish (not as bad as Giancarlo) but he acts the bad English to compensate
Barry, you should check out "It Follows" (2014). Conceptually, it's extremely unique in the scope of the horror genre. The cinematography is also very good, especially for an indie flick. Highly recommend watching it
As a rangers fan all my life, it was sad to see how Josh Hamilton’s career ended up. He was my favorite player as a kid and I think he had the talent to be thought of similar to how we think of Trout now.
Lofa tatupu, for the relatively short amount of time he was in the NFL on the Seahawks he put up very good numbers and has the accolades to show for it, he was basically our Bobby Wagner before Bobby Wagner and probably would’ve had a HOF career if not for injuries cutting him short
Thoughts on Drazen Petrovic? He had a very promising career and was looking like a potential HOFer before tragically passing away. If he wasn't taken away from us so soon there's a good chance he'd be the greatest Net of all time right now assuming he would've stayed there
GOATED ending slide of this video. I'm hoping my submission will get through on attempt #5. Even turned on notifications so I can comment as soon as you release the next prompt. Another great installment as always!
Hey Barry, not sure if you’ve ever watched much lacrosse but it’s my favorite sport and so I have to ask your opinion on Paul Rabil. He’s held as the GOAT by many for bringing the game into the mainstream, but some say his resume isn’t quite on par with other greats to be considered the best of the best.
Ronde Barber - people don’t look at him as a HOF corner but he redefined the nickel position. He has more tackles than any other corner, 14 defensive touchdowns, and an iconic pick 6 to his name. Not to mention that he’s the only player with 40 plus interceptions and 20 plus sacks. Keep up the good work Barry!
Hey Barry, I've been really enjoying this series, keep up the great work, but my question is: Since you're a massive horror fan, are you a fan of or enjoy playing any horror games such as Resident Evil, Silent Hill, etc?
Andre Johnson. He had a long career and put up pretty good numbers with abysmal QB play. As a Texans fan he is one of my all time favorite players. Keep making great videos like these!
Can I get your thoughts on Bam Adebayo, he's been a consistent high efficiency scorer and great defender but I see people calling him overrated and some people ranking him lower than Porzingis and Brook God damn Lopez, which Is absurd to me.
Thank you for the series! I’d like to hear your opinion on Aaron jones, I think he’s underrated but that’s just me. In my opinion a top 5 running back.
I would love to hear your thoughts on Michael Cooper. I always felt like he is the most underappreciated Laker of the 1980's. Being a defensive first type of player and slowing learning to adopt the 3 point shot like Byron Scott did around the same timeframe in the mid 1980's, I feel like he ended up a little underrated. The 2 biggest reasons I believe so is that he usually ends up guarding some of the greatest players of the 1980s and held his own against them. Also... winning defensive player of the year as a 6th man guard is mind boggling to me.
Part of the reason Cooper won DPOY was that it hadn't been around for long and voters hadn't got into a patter yet. Look at the early history of any sports award and you'll find winners that would never win the award 30 years later. The first NBA Finals MVP was Jerry West in 1969, from the losing team; hasn't happened since. The MVP of Super Bowl 5 was Chuck Howley from the losing team; hasn't happened since. But early on, there was no prototype for what the winner of the award would be, so they just didn't rule out a player from the losing team; now, it's absolutely unthinkable. Nowadays they wouldn't award a non-starting guard, but in 1987, back when it was the fifth time DPOY was awarded, they did it. I'm not saying he wasn't deserving, mind you. I'm saying nowadays some deserving candidates aren't considered for these awards nowadays because voters are too deferential to the status quo.
@Fries In the beginning of the award, guards dominated. They won five of the first six. Since then, it's been mostly bigs or SF winning. Gary Payton won it one year, Marcus Smart this past year, but the award has been mostly won by shotblockers
Greg Olsen. He was my favorite player ever, but I feel like he was often overlooked because of guys like Gronk and Jimmy Graham. Also love the content man
Hey Barry, what are your thoughts on Hakuhō shō? Before and especially after his retirement many people dubbed him as the best rikishi of all time. This is mainly due to his unparalleled Makuuchi Division Championships, career wins, and the fact that he reached the rank of Yokozuna. But with such a storied history as is with sumo I just wonder how possible is it for the best to really have competed now?
Kirk Cousins. Has been one of the most consistent QBs in the NFL the last 7 or so years. Has gotten better year by year and recently has been quite clutch. Despite this he gets tons of hate regarding his 500 record even with terrible defenses and offensive lines surrounding him most of his career.
Joe Staley. A sure fire HOF to many niners fans like myself thanks to his all decade team selection and 6 pro bowls but was always over shadowed by the superior Joe Thomas who was in his same draft class and retired around the same time.
Vladimir Konstantinov. He was an unbelievable player when he played but is utterly forgetted by mostly everyone except red wing fans. He would have been a hall of famer and possibly be the best defensemen ever if it wasn’t for that horrible accident
Nikola Jokic. Huge underdog story being taken in the second round as well as the multiple MVPs, but has yet to take his team to the NBA finals. Btw I love the content and enjoy your sarcasm!
What are your thoughts on the Green Bay Packers as a whole? They had an absolute legend as a coach one of the most iconic stadiums in the league and while things haven’t always been great and you could argue there’s been wasted potential you can’t help but be impressed that a team from such a small area has endured for so long Also there from Wisconsin and thus have cheese curds which are the best
Nick Mangold, grew up watching him and he has to be one of the best Jets we had on the team. And the fact he’s still involved with the team is a great treat.
Hi Barry, I would love to know your opinions on Patrick Willis. He was arguably the best MLB in the league when he was playing. Unfortunate that his career was cut short due to injury.

Death Note. As someone who feels the world is extremely rotten myself watching how well this show nails the emotions that go along with living in it and the cat and mouse game between L and Light is legendary. It gets hated on for being too “popular” and I’m sure there better Animes out there but I think the show is top notch.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, he is one of my favorite young players to watch in league nowadays and although he plays on a tanking team I feel like he is a very talented player with a nice set of skills that has the potential to become an all-nba player in the future. love your content keep up the great work!
I love the content Barry, I would love to see your opinion on Tony Pollard. One of the best back up running backs in the league and almost better than Zeke in my Opinion.

The Mongol Empire. It didn’t have a very long run, but for the time it was around, it was a totally dominant force, who’s influence can still be felt to this day.
William Howard Taft. I feel he belongs in the bottom quarter of presidents but nobody seems to mention him. While yes he broke apart more trusts than any other president, his overall lack of interest in the presidency and complete failure to make any major steps during one of the most progressive eras in American history makes me feel he is certainly overrated.
Lionel Messi, had the greatest prime of all time in barcelona but struggled playing for argentina for most of his career before finally winning with them.
Roquan Smith, I think he is one of the best LBs in the league, but i rarely hear people talking about him because of how poverty our franchise is (no offense to the lions)

Javonte Williams, he is only going into his second season, but he shows flashes of being one of the top 10 running backs soon, he had almost 1,000 yards last season despite splitting carries with Melvin Gordon, I’d like to hear your opinion
Jimmy Garoppolo. As a 49ers fan, I am personally appreciative of our time with Jimmy G. A beautiful man who is a bit injury prone which may have slowed him down early on. His record and deep playoff runs are undeniable, despite what some would describe as mediocre play. Thoughts?
Bill Burr. He is brutally honest in a witty way and I feel like his anger issues, and exaggerated emotion mixed with the longevity of his career put him in the discussion for best comedian ever.
Tim lincecum he had one the most dominant primes but fell off due to injuries he tried coming back but pitched like absolute ass I would like to hear your thoughts about him.
Kevin Garnett. I feel like most people kinda brush him aside due to his lack of playoff appearances as a Timberwolf (fair criticism), but he was a generational defensive talent, one of the best ever in that regard between his rim protection and perimeter switchability, and also was doing a lot of things modern bigs are doing on offense before it was popular for them to do it. While this isn't my personal stance, I know people who have KG as a top 10 player ever. Thoughts?
Tim Lincecum. My favorite pitcher ever but that’s probably due to me being form the bay and the nostalgia from being a kid during their 2010s championships .
Jack Youngblood. Even though he is most lowkey for his toughness in the super bowl playing through injury, people seem to forget he was the rams best player for some time
I disagree about D’Angelo Russell. In 2018-19 he made the all star game deservingly & absolutely carried the nets to the playoffs. Last season, he was the 2nd or 3rd best player on a playoff team.
The dream Simply cause he was playing in the best era of basketball he won 2 championships with out all stars .He is the best defensive player of the year BY FAR and won mvp and 2 finals mvps. Has the best footwork of all time and is the arguably best 2 way player of all time. I think he is underrated

Manny Pacquiao. Undoubtedly one of the GOATs of boxing with an inspirational story of coming from poverty to having a case for greatest boxer that's ever lived. And also gives tons back to his people with all of his charity donations. His accolades are truly unbelievable and speak for themself but they're even more impressive when you take into account all of the disadvantages he has in most of his fights (size disadvantages, not allowed painkillers for injuries, biased refereeing and judges for his opponents etc.) Keep up the great content btw.
Donald Driver. I hear almost no one talk about him when in his prime he consistently was putting up 1000 yards and 80+ catches. Retired with multiple packers franchise records and was my favorite receiver growing up

Hey Barry, big fan. As a rival across the state, I wanna get your take on my all time favorite player, Troy Polomalu. Often compared to Ed Reed, he doesn’t have the stats to match, but much like Birds legend Brian Dawkins, his true impact can only be shown on the field. Also he’s a great guy with maybe the best hair ever. Your thoughts?
Curtis Martin, he is rarely ever talked about, and many younger fans probably don’t even know him. He was the OROY, had 10 straight seasons over 1,000 yards rushing, 4 AP teams, and he was a 5 time pro-bowler.
Chuck Bednarik. Was one of if not the best linebackers in the league for around 12 years, as well as making the game winning play to beat the Vince Lombardi packers in the championship but I never hear anyone apart from old Eagles fan mention him when talking about great linebackers. Would love to hear your opinion. keep up the great work.

He certainly was a key part in the LA Super Bowl win (I mean, most QB’s tend to be lol) but he was also on a STACKED Rams team that said “fuck them picks” and paid a premium for talent.
Overall: properly rated
Sucks that he left the Lions just as they started to get better.
Disgustingly overrated right now, underrated career.
@@matthewhall1467 Yes, put any qb in the top 15 imo on the Rams, and that would be a Superbowl too
Troy Polamalu.
Properly rated.
hes not good, he lined up in the C gap
A new Barry mccockiner vid in the morning? Always a great start
Ah yes run it back with Russ……:
Ernie Johnson-A solid broadcaster and key piece that holds the Inside the NBA crew together every season. Also RIP his adopted son Michael
Khris Middleton. Very inconsistent player night to night, but even on off nights seems to always perform in the clutch. Had one of the best clutch playoff runs ever in the bucks title season and I don’t think he got the respect he deserved due to how insane Giannis played in the finals.
No offense to British teeth
Minecraft, widely regarded as one of the best games ever made. It has became an icon and has had such an impact it might be unmatched, anyway love to here your thoughts on it.

He lost a lot of games in the playoffs that he should have won and was horrible at clock management
By the way Alex Smith was good under Jim harbaugh before he got to the Chiefs.
Alex smith wasnt washed up when kc traded for him he was washed pre harbaugh
@@metaldude4563 Well it wouldn't have taken Mahomes to do so if Donovan McNabb could have stayed in shape and Alex Smith could throw the ball downfield
well done barry, looking forward to the next episode of this series
The Silence of the Lambs. Swept the Oscars and is considered one of the greatest psychological horror movies of all time; even if the main villain's setup didn't age that well due to transphobia it is still very well-regarded due to its cinematography, acting, music score, and hidden messages throughout. Also keep up the amazing work Barry, you always lighten up my mood on my worst days.
Buffalo Bill isn’t even transgender, so any analysis of him with that in mind is automatically reductive
I completely agree. He has to be in the next video
8 straight 1,000 yard rushing seasons and is the Rams all time leader in rushing yards on a franchise with multiple HOF level running backs
As someone with IBS, I am literally shitting my pants right now

Jay Ajayi, One of the most short lived highs for Rbs in the mid 2010s, Crazy breakout season with the dolphins and he's got a ring with the eagles. Sadly didn't live up to the hype but I still think he was decent when he was playing.
Genuinely curious as to your thoughts on Jrue Holiday. Last time I posted people pretty consistently agreed with me that he was underrated. While he isn't the greatest scoring threat I think he is as good of a defensive guard as one could ask for in this league and he was a key contributor in the Bucks' championship run
That game 5 DBook steal changed a lot they go 3-2 instead of 2-3
@@hrudypeela1367 right. I'm a pels fan and I was devastated to see him go. Dude plays hard every night
He's either genuinely underrated or cited as underrated often enough that he's properly rated, imo.
Jimmy Smith, in my opinion he was one of the best Wide Receivers of the 90s and 2000s and should be in the HOF but never gets talked about even though he has more touchdowns than Micheal Irvin
DUUUVAL, put him in the Hof
As someone who knows nothing about lacrosse, I don’t know anything about lacrosse
Don’t hold your breath
I would love to hear your thoughts on Rod Smith (broncos receiver). His prime years are very underrated to me. Keep up the good content.
Miguel Cabrera. He’s has so many accomplishments as a baseball players but I still feel he’s underrated since the Tigers lost the World Series.
Pigs in a blanket, a top tier food that doesn’t get that much recognition, love you barry
Thank you for the series! I’d like to hear your opinion on Aaron jones, I think he’s underrated but that’s just me. In my opinion a top 5 running back.
Best rb of all time especially after that run vs the eagles
I’m a 9ers fan and and I loved watching their defense in the early 2010’s, would love to hear your thoughts
Barry, as a fellow die hard eagles fan, I'm begging you to please do a video on donavan mcnabb
They had an absolute legend as a coach one of the most iconic stadiums in the league and while things haven’t always been great and you could argue there’s been wasted potential you can’t help but be impressed that a team from such a small area has endured for so long
Also there from Wisconsin and thus have cheese curds which are the best
Nick Mangold, grew up watching him and he has to be one of the best Jets we had on the team. And the fact he’s still involved with the team is a great treat.
Hi Barry, I would love to know your opinions on Patrick Willis. He was arguably the best MLB in the league when he was playing. Unfortunate that his career was cut short due to injury.
I really don’t know how this guy doesn’t have a bigger following on here. Your content is 🔥 Barry thanks! Keep producing more and more fire vids bro! Love your content! Also I’ve never smoked marijuana and I’m not high right now watching 🙏💯💯🙏💯🙏💯 we respect the troops and hate racism always
Nemmias Queta. He is the first portuguese in the nba and i think that he could have a good influence in the kings rotation. Keep up with the great content!
Interested to here your thoughts on Chris Jones as a big time Chiefs I’ve never been able to decide if he is Overrated or Underrated so I’m interested to see what you think
Chris Jones is underrated. He’s been a top 3 DT in the league for several years which people forget about because AD is the best player in the league and plays the same position
Kevin Johnson very underrated player averaged 20pts and 10 assists a game for a couple seasons during the 90s
Barry I think your one of my favorite sports youtubers right now. And believe me I follow alot of guys. You continue to make me laugh even though I have only just ran across your channel and for your overrated properly rated and underrated series I would like to know your opinion on Russel Wilson I think one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time especially with all the criticism he had early in his career and to take it and completely shit on it was great. Also big seahawks fan sad to see him go. But we got Big 🍆 Drew Lock so.
Wasn’t he the guy that got stuck in a bathtub?
Lionel Messi, had the greatest prime of all time in barcelona but struggled playing for argentina for most of his career before finally winning with them.
Roquan Smith, I think he is one of the best LBs in the league, but i rarely hear people talking about him because of how poverty our franchise is (no offense to the lions)
Goodfellas, just watched it today and I’ve seen it highly regarded and talked about as one of the best movies ever. Would love to know your thoughts.

Thoughts?
As a Niner fan, he’s probably rated
asante samuel. he was truly a lockdown corner for a few of those patriots chips back in the day
Bill Burr. He is brutally honest in a witty way and I feel like his anger issues, and exaggerated emotion mixed with the longevity of his career put him in the discussion for best comedian ever.
He’s annoying as fuck. Whining about cancel culture while having a Netflix special.
Thoughts?

Jack Youngblood. Even though he is most lowkey for his toughness in the super bowl playing through injury, people seem to forget he was the rams best player for some time
Hines Ward. A great wide receiver for a 2x super bowl winning Steelers team and super bowl MVP, but many argue he shouldn’t be a hall of famer
I disagree about D’Angelo Russell. In 2018-19 he made the all star game deservingly & absolutely carried the nets to the playoffs. Last season, he was the 2nd or 3rd best player on a playoff team.
