Connecting OMRON PLC on Kepware using Ethernet FINS/TCP

I've got a really unstabel connection. When I ping sometimes I got a request timed sometimes I got a response. Same thing when I use CX Programmer, sometimes it connects sometimes it don't

Hi.... Good Video.... But is it possible to connect with CP1E-NA model (USB) & CJ1M (Toolbus) with kepserver ? I tried to connect but can't able to connect it?
Also is it possible to connect in simulation mode?
