So should football and baseball. Equestrians have just as much right to be a sport than any of the people who throw/hit a ball and call it fun. Now I'm not hating on those sports but we put in just as much work if not more than those sports do. We don't have to only get ourselves ready for shows but also a whole other living thing that doesn't even speak our language. Please educate yourself before commenting hateful comments like that. You had no right to say we shouldn't be a sport

Same as in synchronized swimming, rhythmic gymnastics... .there are rules to every sport, and the mode of running is just one of the rules here. Why does the clip show them hanging on each other sobbing? Weakness. I think vaulting today is laughable. They prance in. This routine repeated through the entire thing. Can I do this? No. Does it take skill, balance, and strength? Yes. But what is the point?
They are crying with joy because they realized they would win the gold medal at a world championship, something these people have been working towards for years with an application and dedication and amount of hard work that you could never muster. If human feelings equal weakness to you, you are rather sad. If you think the sport is laughable, don't watch it. Nobody is forcing you. As for repeating: No it doesn't, if you knew anything about it, you would realize. Don't judge things you know nothing about. As for the point: What point is there to any sport? The point is mastering it, perfecting it, performing it.
clearly you don't know anything about the team if you find the crying part ridiculous. they had a hell of a season so even the fact that they were able to compete here is a miracle. the fact that they won as well is beyond incredible.
