Are the genes in different in different type of cell..example.. Genes in an eye cell versus skin cell.

Is the DNA inside the cell of my heart the same as the DNA inside the cell of my pancreas ? Or each organes have their own DNA ? For exemple in the cells of my pankreas there should be a gene which will code the insulin, this gene which codes the insulin should not be present in the cells of my heart. Am I right ?
