Conforto, Davis, McNeil, Rosario and Alonso have been AMAZING by hitting the ball, so much. Even it’s not a home run, they managed to keep the ball rolling.

Everybody thought it was a bad trade and the Mets season was over, that is why Baseball is so fascinating, you will never know what is going to happened, still a long way to go until the end of the season but at least the Mets are back in the playoff race.

@Vincent Cuttolo these Mets TV broadcasters are horrible to boot.....earlier when Rosario decided to try and cut down the runner at 2nd the announcer who i believe is an ex MLB player said it was the correct play....no it wasn't...the correct play with one out is to get the sure out at first for the 2nd out. Instead they got no out and it led to a big inning.

Being at this game was beyond surreal. The eruption of pure joy after Todd Frazier’s 3 run homer and Michael’s walkoff single filled citi field with euphoria. Once in a lifetime experience for sure.

That series was rock bottom for the Mets and I thought the season was over after it. Their resilience has been pretty impressive
TBH it isnt. The pen, although still with their issues, is much better now than it was at that time. Atleast average instead of gold awful lol. If Diaz ever figured things out it could be dominant with him and Lugo at the backend of it. Also a 3-4-5 of Conforto, Alonso and Davis is much different without Cano in the middle of it. And the staff is now under the control of Phil Regan who has made as much of a difference as any pitching coach I've seen make.

Been a mets fan all my life im 30 now so I've seen my fair share of classic games but wow this will forever be etched in my memory. My dad took my mom to this game, it was her first time ever going to a game. I remember watching at home and saying how could you be this lucky to have this experience your first time at a ball game! Well she deserved it! Also remember debating turning the channel after that Rendon homer and saying to everybody in the house Nope u gotta believe!
I was at this game. Feels like a lifetime ago, but still brings a smile to my face every time I watch!

I’m not a Mets fan but this was honestly one of my favorite games of 2019 and I loved it when the Mets won 14 out of 15 after the ASG. It’s always fun to watch the Mets have some magical wins because they seem to either have crazy things happen to them or crazy things happen for them!
