In terms of build up, this is the best episode! For me, Never Give Up is still THE best because i didn't know what was gonna happen, whereas here, we all kinda knew where it was going. But my god, its still one of the greatest episodes I've seen in Anime

Actually we havent seen any demon surviiving decapitation. They only had tricks. Muzan will ACTUALLY regen his haed unlike upermoons 6 and 4 who had some kinds of trick to survive decapitation.
