I would just add that eating what comes out of the ground is great, but also it's good to eat what eats what comes out of the ground. Beef and lamb are excellent for our health, especially from grass-fed, humanely raised animals. The regenerative-agriculture movement not only provides healthy food, but it also makes for a healthier planet.
