Oh hey, I did this yesterday If you get rid of all your Enough is Enough(Yellow Skills) on the phases where he doesn’t attack and stock up on Let It Blossom, you can absolutely skip the carousel phase entirely. I forced him to use the Blood Spirit Bomb so much earlier than expected that I didn’t realize I skipped a phase.
Yeah I thought as much, actually this was my third run and I got surprised that the impale move never came out and he just threw the sphere the turn after the horses.

I tried this earlier today, but I just kept getting impaled into a one-shot ^^;
