I think they should do same thing they did for Dota 2 items. Basically you can send an in-game gift, which will have a signature of the person who gifted it. Will make such items more memorable and authentic.
The saddest part of all of this is that all those great rare skins and stickers are gone from ecosystem. Every time one of these rare skins and stickers are used it just makes everything more rare.
