I bought this for my mom and it's a way for her to try the better world of coffee. It has a nice blind tasting setup but it would be cool to see your take on how to approach pour-over and French Press prep when you don't know anything about what you're working with. Maybe it'd be a neat challenge for you to look at the beans, give em a wiff, and then guess at the best grind and water profiles to use. I know for myself, I have the tools to tweak my water hardness composition and my brewing, but I'm not skilled like you. Seems like it would make for a good time (assuming you don't have beef with the subscription/middleman market, another subject 😅) Maybe you can make a deal with them to get their run for free to promote on the channel with a discount code.
